A hotel with good value for money. The rooms are not large, but they are clean and comfortable to use. The underground parking facilities are convenient, making it a good place to stay for customers using rental cars when traveling to Malta or sightseeing in Modica, Ragusa, etc.

This hotel is suitable for those driving, with underground parking. It's a 5-10 minute drive to Modica Old Town (there's no ZTL service in the Old Town). The hotel is very clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located with a gas station and two supermarkets downstairs. Our room had a Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom—a truly impressive feature and a very good experience.

The business hotel met all expectations in terms of facilities, the bedding was nice, it was quiet, the breakfast was good, and the hotel had its own parking lot, which was convenient.

This boutique hotel is right next to a gas station on the roadside. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Parking is very convenient. The service is polite, warm and thoughtful.

I liked the hotel. The location next to the gas station did not bother me. By Italian standards, the breakfast was excellent and varied. Although the croissants were not impressive, the choice and quality of the food was good. Delicious coffee. There were problems with connecting to wifi, but I managed to solve it myself (the reception staff could not help). The SPA costs 20 euros for 50 minutes.

A very cost-effective hotel with its own underground parking lot (free). Before checking in, park your car at the main entrance of the hotel (only temporary parking). After getting the room card, you can swipe the room card and lift the barrier to enter the underground parking lot (the same entrance for both entry and exit). The hotel has a good restaurant. There is a gas station at the entrance (really at the entrance), and a large supermarket next door. The room is clean, tidy and spacious, with a single bed at the entrance, so it is also suitable for three people to travel and live. The breakfast is rich, delicious and fresh. It is the best choice for next time you come to Modica.
