The staff was welcoming and friendly. The desk attendant gave me a map of the property and actually presented pertinent information in a smooth and efficient manner.

Location, staff and good coffee! This hotel is older and it is approximately priced to overlook any signs of age. It has been updated and has great views of the river!

Room was aged. It seemed to be clean but tub, carpet, sink were obviously pretty old. Did not meet my expectations. Staff was great!

The room was clean when we got there but it wasn’t cleaned any day we were there and we were there for 3 nights. The deal clerk was friendly and quickly processed our paperwork.
