The room smelt like cat pee and I needed an ADA room, but was not given one. The iron board in the bathroom was covered in stains and the room as a whole feels really dingy. The traffic from the road is super loud and made it hard to sleep.
I’m extremely disappointed as the reviews were good.
Trying to cancel my next booking through here.
On the plus side, the lady at the front desk was super nice, but that doesn’t make up for the room quality. 😕

We didn't have enough towels, no soap, and the rooms were not clean. After my elderly aunt asked for room cleaning on the 2nd day, both of our room doors stopped working. not just the keycards, but the doors were manipulated in such a way that we couldn't open them after the cards worked. We were promised a refund, then they did not give it. DON'T STAY THERE EVER!!!!!

I rented 2 rooms and both were unclean and unacceptable plus the power shut off in the building at least 5 times. Checked out.

Well priced and a convenient location is why I initially picked the Quality Inn & Suites. Funny how today $100 a night is budget priced. The room was fine and the bed comfortable. Overall, the place has seen better days, including peeling paint in the bathroom and dusty looking windows, trash around the parking lot. Okay but not great. I would probably look around at other places should I stay in Lake Havasu again.

They are definitely re modeling this hotel, which is all good. They replaced old carpet with laminate floors. Some of the furniture is still old, but it looks like they are making a lot of improvements!

The outside was very dirty and smelled like garbage. My kids got sick from the breakfast. I would not stay here again.

I booked a downstairs room and was told at check in that they were booked up and that was the only option. lav faucet leaked real bad at the base. Noise was beyond reasonable from road noise. We left for a event, Upon our return we could smell pot in our room. Not sure where it came from. Bed not that great for comfort. This place probably rates as the worst ever.
