非常的生氣 在網上定了兩間大床房 來了給我開了標準間 進去看了房間後説不對 老闆娘就搪塞我説沒有大床房讓我將就一下 想着也晚了就不麻煩了 結果兩間房一間沒有WiFi 另一間空調是壞的 叫老闆娘處理 她説她不會弄 還説每天都有檢查空調都是好的 是因為我們不會開空調才不啟動的 進房間處理了兩次就説不會弄 讓我們克服一下把紗窗打開 我真是謝謝她 那麼熱的天又有蚊子 讓我開紗窗克服 真是人才 後來我提出要換房 她説沒有房間了 我們又在房間里弄了一下空調 還是不會啟動 就收拾東西拿着房卡説要退房 老闆娘才説還有一間房 但是要我付她那間房的房錢 聽了更生氣了 憑什麼她酒店設施的問題要我一個顧客買單 她説她上面那間房頂不出去 我得付兩間房錢 我説最多給她一半 最後僵持不下我説退房給我她才同意付一半住另一間 真的很生氣 正常酒店出現設施問題都是會想辦法解決 實在解決不了都會免費給顧客換一間房 這家酒店處理問題的態度不好 還要讓顧客為它的不專業買單 真的體驗感極差

陳述以上事實:退房的時候阿姨查完房，朋友頭髮掉色沾了紅色，本身這件事我也做好賠償準備。但是朋友上樓當著他們麪洗掉了，結果前台又揪着另一條毛巾門是不是擦鞋了？首先從洗澡的時候就發現毛巾是臟的，沒有要求換，多事不如少一事，玩户外的毛巾都是隨身帶的，無所謂。結果她來一句:為什麼晚上不説，我就覺得搞笑了，阿姨打掃完房間前台不查房間情況嗎？還等我來説？我提出來更換是我的權力，我作為消費者我有這個權力吧？本來想的是與人為善，多一事不如少一事，結果你拿這個説事，我就很惱火。你酒店的義務你盡到了沒有？打掃完你查過房沒，你還跟我急臉？互相尊重。我當然尊重，我做酒店的時候也討厭這種事，但是要是客人因為我們的問題不找我麻煩，我感激不盡，你覺得你酒店做到了沒？吹風機也沒有，馬桶蓋也是壞的，所以這就是房間48塊錢的原因？我住十幾塊房位設施都比你全，你還急臉？

進大廳裏前台就在吃榴蓮糖，一個大廳都是那個味道，沒有電梯，自己一個人提着一個特別大的行李箱上樓，可想而知，到樓層了房間牌不見了，找不到門，房間桌子有灰塵，有手一擦就可以看到，難免給人有點懷疑。毛巾看着也很舊了，摸着有點硬，已經洗成灰色的了，都不能用白色來形容

極其噁心半夜1:32有人去開房間門，如果不是有鏈條就打開了，第二天叫調監控也不給調，解釋可信度也不高，問了公安講可以由店家調，公安回答打消費者權益電話。
