Nice cosy hotel in the centre of old town , breakfast was a bit basic though

Another great stay at this hotel. Great location close to Poniente beach and excellent value! I paid €33 a night, the whole hotel is spotless and the staff are lovely, what more can you ask for? I booked a single interior room and got a room with a lovely sunny balcony! I'll be back for sure.

Transfers do not drop at hotel you will be dropped at montemar if you are having a coach, taxi will get to the hotel just fine. Check in was quick and easy, door card situation is a tad confusing as it is a QR fob with directions on how to lock and unlock written on every door, was not sure if door was locked while in the room as when you pulled the door from inside it open regardless how many times you turned the lock. First impressions of the room were for a cheap price you can’t complain, it’s very dated but has everything you need. Beds were comfortable but very loud if you moved about. (room 309 made this issue slightly more amplified several times) The bathroom was quite dark only one light working in there, shower over bath with good water pressure and easily adjustable temperature. The bath was low so easy to get in and out of however no plug so you couldn’t have a bath if you wanted to. There is a small lift to all floors which is good, I was on the second floor the stairs were a quicker option for me personally but the lift ideal for PRM. There was some building work on one of the days in the restaurant which was quite loud but understandable it’s off season so can expect maintenance to be carried out. Staff were friendly, they will come help you with the door situation if you are confused. I stayed room only didn’t try any food or drinks at the hotel as there are plenty of restaurants and bars close by. Small balcony on the rooms at the front with 2 chairs no table or ash tray if you smoke. Plenty of storage and hangers there is a safe in the room. No fridge in room which would be the only room amenity I would add. Small tv on the wall I think only Spanish channels I didn’t really take time to watch it only had the radio on while getting ready. For what I paid (£25pn) I cannot complain about anything other than the noises from the room above but I’m pretty sure wherever you were in the hotel you would have been able to hear this. Ideal for a cheap last minute short break.

Lovely hotel, great location, good food we were b&b but did pay for dinner one evening, lovely pool bar staff and reception, the roof top bar is fabulous one of the waitresses was very rude to so we were put off using it again after that, the only let down for us was they charge €4 a day to charge mobility scooters up never known this at any other hotel, the beds were a little on the hard side for me but that is just my personal taste, this would not stop us booking here again though,

Great little hotel and the third time we've stayed here. Returning next year and will be staying here again. Quiet corner of Benidorm but easily within walking distance of the old town. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

I checked in today for a room prebooked for several months , with the specific request for a room with a balcony, I stated quite clearly on the corresponding emails when booking , my room MUST (in big letters ) have a balcony, even at extra cost and was assured this would be the case . On checking in I was given room 103 on the first floor, which was little short of a dingy prison cell , there wasn’t even a Window with natural light. I returned to reception and showed her the confirmation email and the lady said they were full and there were no rooms with a Balcony left , despite my previous emails to this hotel. To cut a long story short, it wasn’t her fault and in fairness she did the best she could and refunded me in full. So, I checked in to another hotel complete with a nice balcony. Be warned, although this hotel appears to be a nice rustic Spanish hotel ( which drew me to book it in the first place ) you may end up in a cell rather than a nice room or without a balcony. Very disappointing.

What an excellent little hotel this is. The beds and pillows are super comfortable, the location is excellent and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be returning here. The buffet breakfast was also delicious with everything that you could want.

Stay here for a week in may lovely friendly staff very clean beds nice and comfy . Safe is free and we asked for a iron and no charge for that either would stay here again and went down for a tray of tea and coffee every morning for just 4euros
