Love the variety of pools which are perfect for children to play in! Parents can make them tired and spend the quiet night. If you are not confident for children to swin in the sea, this is the best choice to spend the holiday with family members.

I had a great stay! My room was comfortable but my friends complained they had no hot water for showers on most days. The quiet pool was my favourite spot during my free time but I wish it stayed open later than 6 pm. The food at the buffet and other restaurants was great. The Osso Boco, Ox Tail, and beef stew were some of my favourite meals. The camel ride on the beach was so much fun and I am glad I did not have to leave and go anywhere else for that.

Quality service and good food and good customer service. I recommend for family holiday and friend vacation point.we were treated equally and with same passion and friendly face .come enjoy your stay anytime any day.next to the beach with cool breeze

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, The rooms, food, customer service, is on another level, is the best ,"(IT IS A PARADISE INDEED) " , I Thank the entire team for making our visit memorable, and especially to AUGOSTINE DAMIANO Who lead the team of waiters to sing a birthday song to my son . This was our 4th visit & they truly delivered on the experience. We enjoyed the welcome snacks & drinks by the check in team who tried their best to ensure we had a room in good time noting the high traffic of guests coming in & out of the hotel. Last year we had lost a swimming noodle in their pool. Patrick the pool attendant found it after we left & kept it for us until this year. He went out of his way & he was a caring & handy pool attendant during our stay especially since all our kids are under 10 years old. It was a joy to know they truly cared about us as guests. The activities team kept us engaged & moving through out our stay. Dennis in particular kept us on our toes throughout we enjoyed the evening entertainment team. Our kids were delighted to join them on stage & dance along. The meals were very good, we would appreciate to have bacon back on the menu otherwise we enjoyed the meals. One of the waiters, Urbanus attended to our every meal requests as spent our day by the poolside in good time. The housekeeping team especially the lady who attended to room 3008 was an absolute gem, ensuring we had adequate water & towels for our wet & thirsty selves. Overall we highly recommend this place for enjoyable family holidays.

We were attending an international conference meeting and it was a succes the hotel was able to cater for such a large number without struggle the conference room are very spacious comftable and well ventilated the 4 o'clock tea had delicious

The room is beautiful decorated with every detail the bed was comfortable room is wide and spotless with view of the sea and swimming pool. The stuff go extra mile to assist and made our stay very special. The spa , over looking at the sea is beautiful

Pride inn hotel Koi Bar is the place to be, met this gentleman Shikanda who is warm, gentle, professional and welcoming. I felt home when being served by him. He is a great barman. I'd also recommend this hotel generally, it's family friendly, the place is huge with great activities for kids. My kids really loved it.

Right from check-in, to the beautiful clean rooms, the robust and delicious meals, to the beautiful landscaping. You made our stay remarkable and truly memorable. We visit PrideInn Paradise at least once a year. It is a great place and the service is superb. All the staff from front desk to the restaurant service people are very friendly. Especial thanks to Yvonne and Sandra for excellent customer service. They really took good care of our kids and family
