Soummer holidays. Lot's of sun and fun. Sandy Beach, performances and animations for kids and adults. Lots of clean space. Familly suite room with private pool was a bull's eye. We spent lovely time at this resort and willing to come back someday.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to all the hotel staff  for their exceptional attention and helpfulness during our stay at the hotel. Especially  restaurant staff, their dedication to ensuring guests feel welcomed and supported is truly commendable. I would like also to specially thank chief Salah Said for his delicious food

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 11 days at the beginning of September. Overall we had a pleasant/enjoyable stay. Highlights: - The entertainment team work really hard to ensure you have a fun stay. Mike was great, so friendly and put 100% effort into his job. Amina, who runs the kids club, was absolutely amazing and my 3 year old nephew adored her. It was emotional when he had to say his goodbyes. She really took care of him. - The beach is lovely, clear waters and beautiful sands. You have everything you need there - restaurant, sandwich corner and a bar. You don’t struggle to get a spot either. - The pools are great. There’s a choice of the main pool where the slides, music and entertainment are. Or there‘s the relax pool which is quiet and a really aesthetic/chilled spot overlooking the beach. Kids can use this pool too but we never found that bothersome. - Aziz who works on reception is lovely, it was great chatting to him, and he went above and beyond for my sister when she had an important query. If you need anything, he will help you. - Staff around the hotel are friendly and work tirelessly to ensure the hotel is clean/tidy. We saw people tidying the pool areas each evening, and first thing in the morning the pools were being scrubbed/prepared. Cleaners come every day and provide fresh towels. - Shisha bar is a cool place to hang out. A wider range of drinks on offer (have to pay for these) but it’s a nice change from the all-inclusive drinks. The man who runs it/served us was very kind. He gave us some incense he had made himself to take home with us on our last night. A lovely gesture. - Balcony view (paid extra for sea view overlooking main pool). Lovely when the sun is setting, the palm trees are gorgeous. Felt peaceful. Cons: - WiFi in the hotel comes and gos. In 11 days we only had connection in our room a handful of times. - Drinks aren’t great and there’s limited choice. We didn’t enjoy any of the cocktails we tried. There’s no squash for children, only orange or lemon juice but it’s unbearably sweet. If you want a coffee in the morning, they have two machines which are terrible. It’s so watered down, lukewarm and barely a cupful. I went to the relax pool bar for my morning coffee which was better. - Photography man is very persistent with you getting family photos taken and will pretty much pester you most days. - Mixed feelings amongst our family about the FOOD, overall it isn’t amazing. There is a wide variety to choose from and we didn’t go hungry, but it did get a bit repetitive, especially the breakfast. We are grateful to the kitchen/waiting staff though who clearly work hard. Essentially the food is probably more of an issue for fussy eaters. - Hotel needs updating in terms of interior decor, it looks a bit tired and dated. Also the broken tiles in the pool should be fixed. - Lots of jellyfish in the sea! They are beautiful to look at but I didn’t feel comfortable swimming due to them. Other th

Would not return. Resort - fabulous, clean and staff are polite and go above and beyond, food generally really nice and restaurant staff are brilliant. Beach is stunning, rooms are kept spotless, food is bang on, 98% staff are the kindest friendliest people you’ll ever meet. Stunning views and incredible weather! Animation team - most of them fantastic however activities are more aimed at adults or older children, our son (8) couldn’t play football, volleyball or waterpolo as it primarily adult men and extremely rough at times. A couple of the team, incredibly inappropriate and at times obscene to my 15 year old daughter. Kids club aimed at very young children and far out from the main hotel. Lifeguards and reception staff - wouldn’t trust them within 25 feet of my daughter, she couldn’t go anywhere alone. Lifeguards were like vultures when she was in the pool and they had a free hour every day where they get in the pool… you’ll soon see the girls on holiday leave the pool at this point. Reception staff, vile human… I lost my head with a man on reception after grabbing my daughter and demanding my daughter meet him later and trying to find out her room number. Hotel uninterested in my complaint about this and it’s was shrugged off! Ali baba trips - absolute no go, dangerous, chaotic and not at all for us, we did the pirate ship and I was horrified, we had already payed for quad biking but after the pirate ship experience we just didn’t turn up and cut our losses. Would we come again, absolutely not however it is only a select few people that have made it this way! 98% of the holiday and staff were great, and the resort itself is really nice but those that spoilt it for us, really did cement that this is the not the place for us to travel as a family with a teenage daughter and other families shared that view too. Our daughter couldn’t even have a wander to the bar by herself in the hotel, she felt uncomfortable round the pool and spent most of the holiday wrapped in towel poolside and we couldn’t relax for watching every move staff made near her due to some of the absolutely vile inappropriate things said to her. It’s a shame as it has the potential to be a fabulous place, plenty to do in the hotel and good food and entertainment. Just a select few members of staff that really let the place down.

This hotel is average to good. If you are fussy don’t book it but if you can deal with some things that aren’t perfect then you’ll be ok. Remember to bring your hotel tax money about £9 per adult, you need cash to give a deposit for your beach towels as well about £5 per towel. They do not have a cash machine in the hotel. Some rooms don’t have a balcony to our surprise but the TUI rep moved us the day after I spoke to him free of charge. Reception staff are not very friendly they can be quite rude, cleaners are good, waiters are great we had Adem on lunch and evenings and he was excellent. Food is great different theme each night always had a meat option in our week we had lamb, chicken, steak, prawns. Always had rice and chips available. Had lovely curry’s and fresh bread similar to naan bread which was really nice. Lots of variety every night I don’t know how anyone could moan about the food. There are some flies but you are in Tunisia so you’ll have to deal with it, if you don’t like flies don’t go to Africa because you can’t avoid them. They are not horrendous these just a few about here and there. The wasps leave you alone they are only interested in the sweet drinks around the bars. Pools are warm, some tiles are missing people were using the slides and no dramas while we were there, it’s not a brand new hotel so there is wear and tear. weather was great on our week. Sometimes they don’t have branded soft drinks it depends what they’ve got behind the bar or in restaurants so it’s hit and miss if you get a coke or sprite they have their own brand alternative which wasn’t that bad.beer was ok cocktails are nice not too strong. Some drinks are warm as per other reviews but just have ice and your problem is solved. They supply lots of bottled water for you. Beach is nice soft sand, sea is warm and was calm apart from when we had a day of windy weather. Lunch above the beach is table service. Rooms are dated but clean and ok. Wardrobes stink of old people don’t use them they make your clothes smell. The shop is cheap for beach toys and snacks. Didn’t use the spa but the indoor pool is nice. Hope that helps.

The stand outs of the whole experience has got to be how amazing the staff were and the beautiful beach! White sand and crystal clear sea water, we saw a stunning blue and purple what we think was a pipe fish and their are other friendly fish who follow you round. The cleanliness was spot on and I was super surprised with the quality of the food! Their wasn’t much choice for alcoholic drinks but me and me mrs weren’t drinking so it didn’t effect our trip at all. Highly recommend if your simple like me and want a beautiful beach amazing weather and delicious food 10/10

Second time in a raw...even better than the previous year!! I loved it despite the prices gone high! food better than last year and entertaining team is awesome! I loved the African show. Am planning to stay there again. If you have kids...then it is the best destination.

Myself and my partner stayed here for a week. After reading extremely mixed reviews on this hotel I was quite skeptical about our stay here. We arrived late into the evening and first thing we were taken to the restaurant so we wouldn’t miss dinner. In my opinion the food was good, everything we tried was very tasty and lots of selection. They had a different theme every night so there was always different food on offer aswell as your same pasta / pizza . When we got to our room we were very pleased. The room was very clean and looked lovely with flower petals and towels. We had a lovely view overlooking the pool with water slides and the beach. We had a family room without a balcony but this was no issue as the view was brilliant and the windows opened right up! Our room was kept clean and tidy each day by housekeeping with fresh towels every day. There is plenty of sun beds with lots of places to sit in the shade if you need. There is 2 pool choices the relax pool or the main pool with water slides. One day there was a foam party and it was a lot of fun, everyone got involved. The hotel was right on the beach with a snack bar and drinks bar on the beach included with the all inclusive. Everywhere we went the hotel was so clean and well kept. Pool sides were very clean. Some of the animation team were so friendly and welcoming, very chatty and even joined in on a game of uno. The entertainment was average but it’s what you make it, we had fun every night. One of the only thing to let this hotel down is the drinks. There was only a small selection and when they ran out that was it. The only time you would get a good drink was if you tipped the waiters. The hotel is 5 minutes from the train station but around 15/20 minutes train from any shops or towns. Over all we really enjoyed our stay here and would probably stay again.

We had a beautiful clean room in the centre of the hotel and every area of the hotel was clean. The staff work so hard to make your holiday perfect and the service we received was amazing! Entertainment is sometimes a little flat but in all we had a fantastic time and the kids loved every second. We went for a week which we actually wished we had of booked longer. Food is great and they had a different selection every evening and plenty for the kids. 2 adults and 2 children in our group and none of us sick apart from my partner about 6 days after we returned and unable to say if it’s related to the holiday or not. Don’t let bad reviews put you off! It’s not for everyone maybe but if you’re on a budget and looking for a fun getaway then there’s nothing wrong with it. In the restaurant look out for rudi and in the entertainment mosala serving the drinks is amazing
