Be careful with the check-in process! After confirming with the receptionist that I had pre-paid on the platform, the hotel charged me $165. I only noticed this two weeks later when I was checking my credit card statements. The hotel didn't inform me about the charge and it took them over 1 week to return the money back.

We came to watch the hockey game so the hotel being right across the street from the arena was a big selling feature. There is a $12/day parking fee but you can come and go so it’s not too bad. Check-in was quick and the staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly.  The room was bright and clean and the beds and pillows were comfy. The guide on the TV didn’t work so it made something to watch difficult but not a deal breaker. Pool and hot tub were nice but I wish the hot tub was a little hotter than it was. Check-out was speedy and the desk agent very friendly. I would highly recommend and I would stay here again!

Needed to have a two night getaway. So booked this place last minute.  When arrived got a big warm welcome and felt very comfortable right away. Got into our room early which was welcomed. Our room was a standard room so wasn’t that big, but was dig enough for us. Two Queen beds and a river/street view. The place was spotless. Went to the pool once again clean, breakfast was fresh and hot and again staff were pleasant and friendly. We give this place a 99% . If we are in this area again I will be staying here. Well done to everyone that works here.

There is a parking lot with coffee and hot water. The hotel staff is very nice and will have a chance to stay in the future.
