Overall great , good service and staffs. Hotel breakfast was excellent.

Because the flight arrived at Trieste Airport late at night, we booked this hotel nearby, so we didn't have high expectations for the hotel at the beginning. The hotel service is very good. After booking, we contacted the hotel to inform it of the late arrival and asked if there was any staff at the front desk. The hotel replied the next day, asking us to travel with peace of mind. The experience after check-in exceeded expectations. I personally feel that the hotel deserves a score of about 4.5. The hotel is about 5 kilometers away from the airport and the surrounding environment is very beautiful. The single room we booked is small, but clean and tidy, the bathroom is relatively large, and the facilities are complete. The hotel's breakfast is relatively rich among hotels in Italy. The hotel has a 24-hour front desk, which is very suitable for guests arriving late at night. According to the introduction, there are many attractions around the hotel and it is also close to the coast. There are many beautiful villas around the hotel, and the neighborhood is quiet and clean.

The hotel is definitely a hotel to be recommended in terms of location, cleanliness and service.

We went for a family birthday. The hotel itself is lovely and looks great with good facilities (gym etc). The room, however was TINY. We struggled to open two large suitcases in the room and there was not much walking space. The carpeted rooms do need a bit of a rethink in 2025 and the hair dryer may as well have not worked - it was beyond weak. That being said the bed itself was comfortable and the staff friendly and attentive. Sufficient for a business trip but by no means luxurious.

Kitchen is mediocre, if there is one... Too few staff, so bar was closed. No drinks before or after dinner. Tecnical issues in the room, even they are recently refurbished. 'Kitchenstaff' is slow. Will not visit again.

Very good and friendly service at reception. The room was sufficiently spacious and very clean. The breakfast offered a wide selection and was very tasty, and the breakfast room was also large enough, even for peak times. I would have only preferred an earlier breakfast time than 7:00 a.m.

Decent room, nothing exceptional, but still clean and bed quite comfortable. Regarding breakfast, unfortunately, I have to say that it was quite sad, little choice and poor quality. I believe that a 4-star hotel should at least offer fruit juices that can be called such, not products that seem to be made with diluted powders. Furthermore, it would be good practice to put a new, sealed roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms when a new guest arrives. and don't leave the finished one from the previous guest. The hotel has a free, large and convenient car park

Nice hotel but it needs more attention to detail. Furnishings a little from the 80s, clean room but with too much dust in the common areas. The breakfast could definitely be improved as the proposal is extremely basic for a hotel of this type. Excellent free internal parking and room size.

It has a good quality/price ratio, the staff is attentive and helpful. The international breakfast offers a good range of sweet and savory foods without missing fruit. A little inconvenient, perhaps, is the entrance to the internal car park which, however, compared to many other structures, offers. Free parking. An element not to be underestimated.

The hotel presents itself well in a historic location with a large hall dominated by a beautiful staircase, but once you get to the room you lose a bit of this atmosphere and you find yourself in an 80s style environment, well kept but now out of date and which clashes with what was previously encountered. All the essentials are there but personally I found the following not very functional: 1) the bed mattresses were a little hard 2) The "round" toilet was approx. 20 cm ... I'm a normal guy and when using it I found it very uncomfortable, a child-like sensation on the potty (see attached photo) 3) the bidet was also positioned in a very uncomfortable area, in addition to the identical size to the toilet , the sink cabinet was not even 10 cm away making it almost unusable. 4) hairdryer; very weak, almost a whiff. Nothing dramatic for a day's stay but as a high hotel frequenter I would like to point out these details... with a careful restyling it will be able to express much more than it does today.
