SureStay Hotel by Best Western Guam Airport South Reviews

They served breakfast as continental, but only poor and imitated foods. No eggs , no sausages, etc

The facilities were quite dated but room was clean. I've read some reviews that mention cockroaches but I turned on the light on and off multiple times during nigh time and I didn't see one. The hotel is very close to the airport which was both a plus and a minus. Less time traveling but I could hear the noise in the room every time a plane landed/took off. There is a large market, Payless, nearby and a gas station too - convenient for filling up the rental car before returning it.

Upon check-in there was no power so we stowed our luggage and came back a couple hours later. Room was clean, but only provide towels, no wash clthes or hand towels. No cleaning service on follow on days. Maybe I'm out of touch with reality, but thought they still cleaned rooms daily and provided wash clothes as standard service.

If you are on business trip this is good place to stay near In airport .but if you visit Guam and spend your time in beaches/nightlife/shopping and Adventures choose the better place of Tamuning or Tumon. About my hotel that I stayed surestay by best western all I can say is the hotel staff is helpful and generous she’s filipina named sherry soliva she can also guide you around the islands.if you wanted to book your hotel in Barrigada surestay request sherry soliva to help you but don’t stay in room 320 because…why? Alots of Guamanians or American ANTS in my bed and a baby cockroach in toilet and veranda🤣next guess find out the cockroach parents..haha!

Our package is with Breakfast. Feedback from my boss, there is nothing except soup. So he went for meeting without breakfast. This is very disappointing comments from him....

We recommend renting a car as it is a little far from the main tourist areas and there are no buses. The people at the front desk were kind, and since I couldn't use my smartphone to use my eSIM to call a taxi, I asked them to lend me their phone, and they kindly lent it to me, and they were kind enough to help me with any problems I had. He even gave me a ride.

Even though it says free cancellation, refunds are not possible from two days before check-in. Check carefully before making a reservation.

Maybe it was because I arrived too late. I was given a room with a wall outside the window and facing the road, which was very noisy. Breakfast had very little hot food. It's a transitional hotel, not too close to the airport, so I drove around in a circle.

Good location, close to the airport. It is cost-effective and provides breakfast, which is very suitable for business people to stay for a short time. You can rent a car directly from the hotel. But it is said that it is not very safe and there may be burglaries. You should lock the door when you sleep at night.
