Masseria clean and welcoming .. the staff is super friendly and attentive to every detail, from check in to check out. Unique experience, strongly recommended for those who want to visit the very popular Monopoli and Polignano a mare and rest in the tranquility of nature.

I had the pleasure of spending 5 pleasant nights in this masseria surrounded by olive trees and olive groves in the Monopoli hills. Located in a strategic point to access the coves of Monopoli, the trulli of Alberobello and the magic of Polignano. Silence reigns supreme and the comfort of the rooms (mine a superior double) is indisputable for a B&B. The furniture is original and the bathroom is spacious, with a double shower "box", equipped with all possible services (linen, hairdryer, shower kit, dental hygiene, etc.). Clean linen, like the rest of the rooms in general. Minibar, kettle and espresso machine with daily refills of pods, herbal teas and water (unfortunately the tap water is not drinkable). Each room has a cheerful patio overlooking the olive grove. But let's get to the highlight (for a sweet tooth like myself) which is breakfast. Abundant and tasty, with pleasant daily variations. Granita (homemade), fresh fruit, cakes baked every day and different, brioche, cold cuts, mozzarella, stracciatella, ricotta and other delicacies to discover. Flexible breakfast times (we anticipated it by an hour, 7.30 every 5 days) and the owner (the legendary Adriano) was extremely helpful in meeting the needs of his guests. I highly recommend it, the value for money among other things is far from negligible. Long live Adriano and Casa Ziazì!!!

Consigliatissimo, l’ideale per un weekend a Monopoli e a mare a Capitolo. Camere belle, arredate con stile, nuove e pulite, con letto comodo e più cuscini; zanzariere; bagno spazioso con ampia doccia, patio con comodo stendino e tavolino. Bevande nel frigobar a disposizione degli ospiti, macchina del caffè in camera. Ottimi asciugamani, set di cortesia supercompleto con ciabattine, rasoio monouso e gel, spazzolino monouso e dentifricio in bustina, crema corpo e docciaschiuma. Non manca nulla. Unico neo: in assenza di tapparelle, forse ci vorrebbero delle veneziane sul finestrone perchè nonostante la doppia tenda entra troppa luce all’alba e non si riesce a dormire bene quando sorge il sole.

Adriano e la moglie, gentilissimi entrambi, hanno creato un B&B gradevolissimo. Camere e bagni arredati con gusto e con a disposizione piccoli conforts che, a volte, fanno la differenza perché capita spesso di dimenticare qualcosa (lo spazzolino🙄). Ottima la prima colazione con fantastici dolci preparati da Adriano(eccezionale quello con arancia e cannella)!
