Comfort Suites Monroe

When I checked in the guy working wasn’t very enthused, just going through the motions. When I checked out he was talking to another customer on the phone. When he was finished with me he just walked away, when he looked back when he noticed me standing there and said “oh, I’m finished. You can go.” Want thanked at any point of check-in or check-out.  Breakfast was ok but there were no eggs. We found the lady handling breakfast talking to another couple and after standing there awkwardly for a minute or so she ask what we needed. Ask about eggs so she fixed more and brought them out in 5 or so minutes. After other reviews I read not what I was expecting.

The room was clean, but there was some mold on the shower wall. Friendly staff. Breakfast was great.

Staff was amazing and very courteous. Great southern hospitality! Room was clean and spacious! Will definitely book again on my next visit!

Staff was courteous, however the microwave in my room is in horrible condition. It needs replacing. The paint is coming off the bottom. Looked too horrible to use. I tried using one in 203 but that one was in terrible condition as well. They are old and need replacing.

The door on the room I was given would not close and the room smell like piss. Also, the couch and bathroom wasn’t cleaned. I asked the lady at the front for another room. She claimed the hotel was booked up and gave me instructions on how to close the door. Which I couldn’t get it to work. The lady at the front desk was not helpful at all. So, me and my son checked out of the hotel. I couldn’t believe a room like that was given to a guest. I’ve stayed at comfort suite hotels before and this one was the worst.
