Desk staff were very pleasant. Ordering room service was a mistake, 2 hours to get half our food and we were in a rush. Don’t order room service and it’s a pretty good stay.

The hotel is relatively cleaner since it is a newer hotel. But the price is a bit higher than it should be.
Breakfast is with so cheap and low quality items that I couldn't eat them.
At night they have no one at the front desk and couldn't give us a pillow because she was taking too much time with other guests and kept us waiting for hours for pillow as she was the sole person working in the hotel at night.
They didnt put clean bedsheet and towels for sofabed and also they do not put an extra pillow for guests additional stuff in the closet unlike other hilton brands.
Only the coffee was good.
I will not rate this above 7 although some did rate them way higher.
Breakfast itself makes it's rating lower than 8.
I will not recommend anyone to go this hotel unless their quality of breakfast items changed.

We came in for Steel City con on Thursday. We did not arrive until around 8pm. Person at the front desk was super friendly and checked us in quickly. Got to the room and it was very nice. We stayed two nights and we were less than a mile to the convention center. It was great because it was like going to the Con a back way with minimal traffic. Breakfast was good and slightly different each day. If something ran out there was a gentleman that filled it right up. We were close to restaurants, fast food, and shopping. Thinks that could improve is the plug situation between the double beds. Not enough room for two chargers for the phone. I am not a fan of plugging just into a USB I just used a different plug on the dresser. And in the morning you can hear water running for the showers in room next door. But that is not a deal breaker. I would stay here again. Pricing could have been a little better but there was a huge demand because of the Con and Steeler Game.

This is an incredibly clean and tidy property. The staff is personable, very professional and kind. The staff put on a great breakfast and tended to the food area constantly. That was very appreciated!

Deluxe king room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was the usual options, but the seating area was comfortable and the food was replenished. Location is a little odd -- a little squirrely getting in and out of the parking lot, and the whole area is a sea of endless shopping malls.
