The place is beautiful and the stay was pleasant. However, they didn't return the room we booked by mistake, and when we requested a replacement immediately, we had to change our trip. They didn't greet us upon arrival.

The room was very cozy, with a spacious living room and bedroom, perfect for families. Tableware and kitchenware were provided, so you can cook! It's right by the roadside, but turning into the courtyard reveals a unique charm. The hotel has its own winery, and the white wines are excellent! The breakfast selection was plentiful, and the service was good. Highly recommended!

Overall, it's pretty good. It would be better if the breakfast were richer. The facilities are still a bit old.

Spacious rooms with kitchenette, clean and peaceful and has all the ingredients to be a top hotel. However, the pool maintenance is poor and you definitely need a car to stay here. Breakfasts are ok, coffee excellent, but no cooked options or even pastries. Given the price should be better.

The property is located in a charming area, very striking and featuring a beautiful pool. However, given the high cost, one would expect a few more services. The bathroom and cleanliness are not up to standard, and we had some trouble sleeping due to a particularly noisy family with children—even during the night. The breakfast, although varied, does not include any hot dishes. The Wi-Fi is also not great, which is a drawback in an area with poor network coverage

Agriturismo Le Ragnaie is a wonderful place. The view from the pool and some of the rooms is amazing. The service is excellent, both on mail and in the reception, always so kind and helpful. The wines from Le Ragnaie are some of our favourites and the management of the winery is so knowlegdeable and interesting to talk wine with - we have been here many times and will be back for sure.

The website really makes this place look rustic and lovely when instead it's pretty basic. Super uncomfortable beds with a couple of cheap linens thrown on there. It was quite hot when we were there and the rooms were unbearably stuffy and the AC unit did absolutely nothing and we had three nights of terrible sleep. The shower in our room was pretty run down and awful. Good luck finding any amenity other than soap in the room. Calling the staff unaccommodating would be an understatment. Unclear why they open it up to guests as it seems like the don't enjoy having them there and don't want to do anything to enhance their experience. I am a somm and the place was recommended to me by a somm. Wish I could give a review of their wines, but was not able to taste anything. We emailed in advance and were told they do not do tastings during harvest and we should check when we arrived. We did and were told to check with a gentleman the next day. When we did that, we were asked if we had an appointment which had not been mentioned the previous day. We were told they had no appointments available. We then watched the tasting room be completely empty the remainder of our stay. We also tried to buy wine but were told by the reception that they could not ring us up for any wine. I would have been happy to ship a case home without having tried it as it came highly recommended. There seemed to be no scenario where we could give them money to purchase wine and have it shipped. I finally got tired of trying and bought two cases at a different winery. Breakfast was pretty perfunctory. I'm sad we missed out on staying somewhere small and personable. Really seems that they should not be in the business of being open to guests.

My partner and I stayed at this agriturismo for one night. The location is surrounded by greenery...large, spotlessly clean rooms equipped with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast is plentiful, featuring local produce. The pool area is a bit neglected, with no umbrellas or bar service. There is no staff on site after 6:00 PM. The prices are high for the services offered.

I should start by saying that I should write two separate reviews, because the property is very beautiful, and the breakfast and housekeeping team is truly kind. Furthermore, the apartments are very nice and clean. The bathrooms are stocked with complimentary toiletries, daily housekeeping is provided, and pool towels are provided. The breakfast is good and varied, but after a few days (we stayed for five days) I recommend changing to a different one to maintain a high standard for those staying longer. Unfortunately, I must also point out a lack of helpfulness from one person regarding requests to purchase the wine produced on site, or information on places to visit, and other things we didn't like. On the day of checkout, the property was reserved exclusively for us, but we weren't informed of this and were asked to leave in a somewhat rude manner. Overall, I applaud the property and the team who work there because they deserve it. I hope this comment is constructive.

...a fantastic place!!...I'll start by saying that I only saw this fantastic place "Le Ragnaie" in passing!!...near Montalcino!!...during my trekking route in this area!!...the guide Francesco, who he acted as our guide for several days in Val d'Orcia!!…he took us through here!!…and so I saw this farmhouse “Le Ragnaie”!!…completely immersed in nature!!…and what nature!! …spectacular views of Tuscany!!…it is said that they also have vineyards not far from the structure and also the cellar!!…definitely a farmhouse to keep in mind if you want to stay in this area of ​​Tuscany!!…a true paradise!!… ”Le Ragnaie”!!…

We stayed at this farmhouse in early October... excellent location, a 5-minute drive from Montalcino... ours was a small apartment with a private entrance consisting of a living room with a stovetop (dishes are provided for those who wish to eat there), a bedroom, and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub... all furnished in a rustic yet welcoming Tuscan style... The breakfast was quite varied, with homemade cakes... I was impressed by the fact that the coffee was served using the traditional home-made method... a bit expensive... recommended!

The cleaning of the room was terrible, they didn't clean anything, they only came in to change the towels, there was no replacement or soap and the towels were old. On the kitchen table there was a moldy towel with a huge spider on it, which we removed and when we arrived at breakfast we were rudely approached by the reception employee who said we couldn't have removed the towel. Very rude attitude, no hospitality. The breakfast was quite superficial, an environment with staff who were poorly trained in preparing the meal and were rude. We are sad that we missed the opportunity to stay in a nice small place. The natural beauty and view is wonderful, but it really feels like they shouldn't be open to guests.

Struttura meravigliosa, un gioiello fra storia, paesaggio e bellezza. Camere bellissime, curate nei minimi dettagli, ci si sente gradevolmente coccolati. Piscina, aria condizionata, kit bagno, Wi-Fi, colazione super top a km 0. Consigliatissimo.
