We were delighted with the attitude of the people, the good breakfast, the cleanliness, the pool, the peace and quiet. It is excellent base for trips to the Argentario area, cities of Grosseto, Orvieto, the Saturnia spa, Rome is not far away. After the trip, relax in the pool. choice of different restaurants. Too bad we don't speak Italian.

It's great! All perfect. Friendly staff, everything spotlessly clean and welcoming, the swimming pool is not huge but very pretty and lots of well-kept greenery. Even the large and well-kept apartments and the very good breakfast, with many homemade products. However, I would suggest leaving a coffee machine with capsules available for guests so that they don't necessarily have to go up to the house to make a coffee. We will definitely be back 😊

The structure is new and clean, the apartments functional and well furnished. The strong point is the park with barbecue, comfortable armchairs and a beautiful swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. Very good breakfast with lots of sweets to choose from. Possibility to take bikes and parking complete everything for a relaxing weekend! We'll be back!!!

A farmhouse renovated and finished in every detail. Swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful lawn. The houses are comfortable and functional with air conditioning and the breakfast is super. Highly recommended to everyone

Wonderful structure equipped with every comfort .. each room is a small apartment and nothing is missing! IMPECCABLE welcome (Giulia and Federica) and EXCELLENT cleanliness, despite being surrounded by greenery, no insects anywhere (I am highly arachnophobic). Superb breakfast with homemade cakes that can be done both inside and out, perfect swimming pool with the possibility of even having a bbq with friends. Perfect location because you have the swimming pool, the sea and the spa just a stone's throw away... and finally in Montalto di Castro Marina there is the Maremma restaurant run by Signora Maria (the owner of the structure) really excellent which was recommended to us and which we tried for lunch on April 25th…in addition to having eaten very fresh fish, the service was excellent! What can we say we can't wait to go back... and those who don't try it can only regret not doing it trust me!!!!

Prima di parlare della location, che è fantastica ,merita un ringraziamento particolare e 5 stelle Alessandra , la proprietaria , gentilissima e di una professionalità come poche volte si trova , con la sua cordialità e attenzione è riuscita a risolvere piccoli inconvenienti rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole . L’appartamento è dotato di ogni tipo di confort e l’angolo di paradiso dove è situata la zona piscina è veramente qualcosa di stupendo . Che dire assolutamente consigliato sia per la posizione che per il contesto .

Country House con appartamenti puliti e comodi. Il casale è posizionato in un punto strategico, perfetto per visitare comodamente la bella Tuscia. L’accoglienza e la cordialità sono eccellenti. Sicuramente torneremo per le nostre future visite nella zona.

Questa struttura è tutta ristrutturata e curata. Bellissimo appartamento giardino, con piscina non grande ma piacevole per rinfrescarsi Camera spaziosa, separata dalla cucina che è dotata di tutto quello di cui avete bisogno forno a microonde incluso. Silenzioso. La colazione è ottima con torte fatte in casa. La proprietario disponibile ci ha anticipato orario di colazione dato che dovevamo partire presto. Posizione strategica perche attaccata ad Aurelia. Se siete in viaggio vale la pena per riposarsi fermarsi almeno una notte

Casale curato nei minimi dettagli, dove la regola è l'ospitalità di Federica ed Alessandra. È sentirsi a casa con loro.la colazione è eccezionale ogni giorno torte fatte in Casa.
