Grand Hotel Bellavista Palace & Golf

I visted in winter so the property was not in its summer glory but was charming and my room was palatial. The food was good. The hotel spa was amazing and I had a wonderful treatment. The location is perfect right next to the fameous Terme. The staff were incredibly kind and really looked after us. I recommend it.

The room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spacious but there was no shower curtain or glass slider so it was easy to splash water all over when taking a shower (room 214) other rooms had pull over glass panels. The pool is fabulous, a perfect way to cool off at the end of the day.The staff was very attentive in the morning at the breakfast buffet to bring coffee. I'd stay here again.

This hotel saw 5 stars 20-30 years ago. The object is served by 2 sisters who have no idea about the 5 * handling culture. On arrival (daughters room) the sliding wardrobe door hardly crushed my 6 year old daughter as she opened it (I grabbed it). The air conditioning did not work in our room - the lady at the reception (as it later turned out the manager - one of the sisters) informs me that the air conditioning works every 2 hours - I ask if it's a joke since it's 35 degrees outside. Pictures of air conditioning controllers attached. After the intervention, we get another room with a broken glass. After another intervention at the reception, the Lady informs me that I have to pay for one night (the reservation was for 6 nights) and that we should look for another hotel and she does not want any comments about HER hotel. I am asking if I will propose another room? Not ! *** ??? So I am enclosing photos of the room and a decaying hotel that can receive a maximum of 3 *. In addition, the room description is not adequate to the description on the booking - the bathrooms are tiles from the 60's, not marble. The tiles falling off the pool were the attraction of the children collecting them (so they smeared the pool with black goo so they wouldn't fall off any further). One of the photos with the door is the entrance to the SPA (Xperience). I attach photos of the terrace and garden. NO COMMENT. And we also visited and used the SPA - a device from the 70's. And also taking seats by the pool - during the stay there were reportedly 120 people in the hotel with a maximum of 30 sunbeds at the pool. So we get up at 6:30 to be occupied and there the gentleman from the reception runs and takes them with guests' towels with cards with room numbers - I ask one of the sisters what's going on because at 6:30 there are no places at the pool - the manager (one of the sisters) answers me that if I want to have a place by the pool, I should CLEVER (EUR? USD?). WELL THIS IS A LITTLE SAINT.

I was forced to quickly find this accommodation by the bad condition of my initially planned accommodation, but oh dear I was so happy that I did it when I see this hotel. This hotel is extremely beautiful, clean, well-equipped, and easily reachable. The staff was really kind and always happy to help us with everything. The room was really nice and clean, spacious and quiet. We refilled our energy and enjoyed our stay at this amazing facility to the top! If you consider this hotel, please do not hestiate, you won't be disappointed!
