Park Hotel

A good and clean place friendly staff good behavior works customers i already visited a couple of times I would recommend visiting. A great Italian experience but people have to experience it for them self.............................

It is a nice small hotel with all the things you need for a short trip. We only spent 3 nights, traveling around Tuscany during the day. Breakfast was very good compared to many Italian hotels of 3 stars so we didn't have only sweet stuff. Very clean and the stuff was friendly. Good position with restaurants and shops around. All in all, we are satisfied. There is a nice but outdated spa center, 5 munites away which we tried.

Went to this hotel as part of a coach trip. Stayed one night on way to sorrento znd o e night on return. Most of our party complained. Food not good , beds hard, outdated dirty showers and hair dryers. Water leaking from air con onto bed as person slept, broken toilet seats window handles falling off, cupboard door fell off, bed base material ripped, hair dryer melted, parents and children put on seperate floors. Even didn't hsve enough rooms on first night and sent about 20 people to znother hotel, lucky them. No ice for drinks, A poor young girl left on her own to deal with a lot of annoyed guests. It was awful. Reading some of the reviews here, its like a different hotel but i recognise the photos I dot reccomend this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel on my outgoing to sorrento and on return the service was terrible. The food was appalling. On our return the owner went on holiday and left a 19 year old girl in charge to look after a coach party and also informed her to collect our 2euro tourist charge before giving us our keys to room. There was no customer service and I would advise not use this hotel.

Was very relaxing and now having been here more than once feels like a home away from home. Clean, perfectly located and staff always willing to help out.

First of all the check in was easy. The receptionist showed us a room on the first floor but it was not what we reserved. We asked another receptionist to check and she saw that we had reserved a bigger room which came with a balcony. So, we got a room overlooking the small park in front of the hotel. When we came back after a day of sight seeing we discovered that the airconditioner wasn't working. The receptionist , Claire, was fantastic. She immediately moved us to a room on the 3rd floor with a working air conditioner and an even higher view. She was very apologetic although we told her that it wasn't her fault and sometimes things break down. But her worry and quick action was great. The next morning she gave us complimentary coffee and asked how we had slept. Her friendliness and professionalism were admirable. Thanks again Claire !!
