So dirty room because im sick about the windows don’t closing and this is unbeliveble. Don’t go here if you want travel . The city is good but this hotel is a very very big scam and to much This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We stayed two nights in June 2023 and the air conditioning did not work. You have to take a very short shower, which is 2ft x 2ft size shower, because otherwise you flooded your bathroom and the floor below. We complained but the employees didn’t care. Also when getting juice out of the juice machine for breakfast

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel President , we went for a short weekend and we really enjoyed it. Staff was friendly , great amenities and comfort. Definitely will recommend to friends and would go back .

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We stayed two nights in June 2023 and the air conditioning did not work. You have to take a very short shower, which is 2ft x 2ft size shower, because otherwise you flooded your bathroom and the floor below. We complained but the employees didn’t care. Also when getting juice out of the juice machine for breakfast we got ants instead. They remedied this by filling up glasses until the ants stopped coming out but the ants were still running around the food.

I was co-leader of a group of 74 people and we were delighted with our stay. I want to highlight the excellent treatment of the staff, the professionalism of the hospitality service, the cleanliness and good atmosphere of the common areas and its magnificent pool. The rooms were cozy and in good condition, with comfortable beds and new air conditioners that worked wonderfully. The breakfasts and dinners were abundant and really delicious. Everything worked perfectly, so, if possible, we will repeat on our next visit

The food is terrible, cold pizza, hard potatoes. The rooms are horrible, there are doors that connect them. I had my friends next to me but I don't want to imagine having a stranger next to you.

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per festeggiare l’anniversario di matrimonio e ci ha soddisfatti in tutto. Siamo stati indirizzati presso questa fantastica location da amici, anch’egli colpiti dalla professionalità e cura mostrata dallo staff nei confronti dei clienti e della stessa struttura in ogni minimo dettaglio. Al welcome siamo stati accolti dal Signor Lucio, impeccabile nell’illustrarci i servizi dell’albergo e delle potenziali attività outdoor. Una volta preso possesso della camera, stremati dal viaggio, niente di meglio del servizio in camera...un break rapido ma gustoso prima di poterci dedicare ad una passeggiata nel centro di Montecatini e alla visita delle sue principali attrazioni, alle quali l’hotel è adiacente. Rientrati per ora di cena, la nostra scelta è ricaduta sul ristorante interno. Menù à la carte ed ampia scelta vinicola da una selezionata cantina con i migliori prodotti toscani, fanno da cornice ad un’atmosfera elegante e raffinata nell’ “oasi” dell’hotel President. Passata la notte, in un ambiente degno del nome della struttura, il giorno seguente abbiamo consumato la colazione ed effettuato il check-out. Che dire.. non avremmo potuto effettuare scelta migliore che riporre la nostra fiducia nelle mani di questa splendida struttura. A presto.

Sono stato al president con amici e mi sono trovata benissimo. Personale gentile, preparato e premuroso verso i clienti. Ottimo spazio esterno con piscina e bar. Buona colazione. Camere pulite e confortevoli. Facilmente raggiungibile Firenze con treno o macchina. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Sono venuto a Montecatini come ogni anno nello stesso periodo per lavoro e non mi sono mai trovato bene in nessun albergo più che al President. Provato quest’anno che è stato ristrutturato e ottimo servizio compreso di parcheggio interno. Colazione buona e varia, camere pulitissime. All’anno prossimo!
