L'hotel è molto comodo essendo proprio al centro di Montecatini terme, dispone di una buona cucina con cene e colazioni soddisfacenti,personale accogliente e camere comode e pulite come del resto tutto l'hotel.un plauso particolare alla proprietaria una Splendida persona.grazie

In occasione dei Campionati Italiani di Karate abbiamo soggiornato in questo Hotel. Ottima posizione (in centro e a 5 minuti a piedi dal Palaterme), camere pulite, letti comodi, personale super gentile, disponibile e paziente, cena e colazione abbondante.

Hotel posizionato ottimamente a pochi metri dalla zona pedonale di Montecatini. Gli arredi sono un po' datati, ma i bagni sono stati ristrutturati di recente. Il personale é stato gentile e disponibile. L'anziana proprietaria, la signora Marisa, é una forza della natura, una persona dolcissima , patrimonio immenso di dolcezza.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel utilizzando una Smartbox . Abbiamo trovato personale estremamente gentile , l'hotel risulta un po' datato ma comunque decoroso. Colazione non troppo ricca. Ho avuto occasione di cenare una sera nel ristorante della struttura e ho trovato una cucina semplice ma gustosa. Esperienza abbastanza positiva.

Hotel in centro, struttura bella e funzionale, con ascensore, camera matrimoniale comoda e pulita, con arredi e stampe fiorentine, la 102, bagno ristrutturato da poco con box doccia ampio. Cucina: ( colazione e cena) pasti semplici, buoni e porzioni abbondanti. Personale cordiale ed accogliente, in particolare la mitica Sig. ra Marisa sempre attenta ad ogni dettaglio.

Actitud pésima de los trabajados, trato desagradable y desentendido. Desayuno incompleto, es un supuesto buffet libre y solo encuentras croissants, zumo de malísima calidad y falta de actividad, tardando en reponer algo del Buffet casi 30 minutos. Al igual q la cena, la calidad es absurda para un hotel de tres estrellas. No recomiendo este hotel para ir con a amigos, familia o instituto. Muy poco familiar y agradable, enfocado únicamente para ir solo

Lo más molesto de este hotel sin duda fue la comida y el mal trato de los trabajadores, ya que nos alojamos durante 3 días y en todos nos prepararon lo mismo de cenar. Mientras que los trabajadores son unos maleducados hablándote mal. Si estás pensando en alojarte en este hotel con amigos, familiares o colegios este no es el sitio. Muy pésimo este hotel.

la comida de pena cenando lo mismo todos los dias, los trabajadores solo hablan italiano y encima si hablas en ingles te dicen que o en italiano o no te atienden, si vienes con amigos y uno del grupo hace ruido o rompe algo adios a la fianza de TODOS, exigen silencio absoluto a las 22:00, no musica en ningún momento, desayuno PESIMO ( solo croissant y una maquina de cafe cuando supuestamente es bufet ) y los alrededores del hotel esta lleno de obras y los edificios de enfrente llenos de gente que solo molesta
