First time trying this hotel during our many frequent trips to Rome. Conclusion is we like it and so we’ll be back soon….

Conveniently located near the highway, dinner and breakfast were standard.

Not so bad

The hotel is very old and the common areas are run down (the elevator is rusty everywhere, the ground floor is marked as 0 inside and -1 outside), the breakfast is poor and unprepared (completely raw bacon, watered-down scrambled eggs, and cold cuts were finished at 7:30 and not refilled for over 40 minutes), and the rooms are very noisy (the low-quality refrigerator was very noisy, and I could also hear my neighbor talking on the phone). Terrible hotel, I'll never return.

great stay as i have always my room there, positive is that the gym is nearby, if need dinner the food st restaurant is acceptable negative is no international tv channel especially no german channels like before management not interested to helping in that case negative point are that this hotel becomes a one night stay hotel for tourists group as it is between verona and venice, so always noisy when groups are coming, sometimes in the morning must run and fight to get food , especially when korean groups there

When I arrived everything was ok ,checked in to my room , and it wasn’t the room I paid for the staff put me in a room intentionally messing up thinking I wouldn’t notice , I called reception then got placed in the right room without an apology

This is my second time staying here, and unfortunately it will be my last. The hotel is fine, the staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. However I couldn't sleep a wink because of the extremely noisy fan in the room, which could not be turned off. It comes on automatically and stays on, even though the air conditioning is powdered off. I complained to the reception and there is nothing they can do about it, they did try....they offered me another room, but that also has an automatic fan. Unfortunately I will not be coming back here again, and will be cancelling my June booking.

We spent a week here mid July and after a under whelming start quite enjoyed our stay in the end. Our initial impressions after the first days meals (all buffet style) were we were not too impressed with the lunch and evening food however we felt things improved after that and actually had a couple of really enjoyable meals. It might be that we just got into the swing of the sort of food on offer but it was all edible and, as it is a fair walk to any other restaurants, we had all our meals here. The wine was just about OK although a couple of times the white wine served was warm which did not help. The beer was drinkable and the (local) spirits on offer, if taken with mixers or in cocktails, was OK – but I would not recommend having the local brandy neat! The temperature was extremely hot (40C for a few days) and the aircon, after being on for 30 minutes, did its job and made for a comfortable night's sleep. We were glad to be offered a swim-up room for our last few days as a regular dip helped manage the very hot weather. We had a floating breakfast one morning and felt that there was far too much food and giving guests the choice of 2 or 3 options would have been better – the breakfast consisted of a plate of cooked food (scrambled egg, sausage, bacon), two plates of pastries, a plate of bread and jam, and a plate of cheese and cold meats with chutney, a plate of fruit and nuts and two large bowls of yogurt. We really hate food waste and rather than send half of it back uneaten put quite a bit into the fridge to have at lunchtime. I chose this hotel as the reviews in previous years had mostly been generally positive (other than the shower/bathrooms) and gave the impression (it had been ) a quiet family run hotel. It seems to have changed character with the hotel having just opened a new block across the road and there were now quite a few young guests which on some occasions were quite noisy, stood in the pool around the edge all day making it very difficult to use the pool for a swim, and the increase in guests put pressure on the eating area to the extent we had to wait for a table to become available a couple of times. My feeling was the reception staff and manager were surprised by the number of younger guests and saddened to hear about the noise issues. The staff were all excellent and the front office certainly listened to any issues we, and other guests, had and did all in their power to make the holiday the best it could be.

the hotel is in the industrial district of Arzignano. it is an Hotel once upon a time a quite good hotel but now it needs a significant renowation. in particular the carpets are in bad shape full of stains. the fornitures are from the '70s but i do not complain for this. the real problem for a person traveling for work is the scarcity of plugs. today is a real problem. to charge the computer and the phone I have to unplug a bed lamp. I used the restaurant for dinner using the daily menu. sufficient. the personnel was indeed very gently. the let me use a conference room for a morning because I need to do a very reserved conference call. thus in my opinion is not a 4 stars as promised but the price is very cheap. if renowated a bit can be considered a choice in Arzignano
