The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They were willing to have conversations or just to offer a friendly greeting. The room was beautiful and kept clean and was always stocked. The entertainment was different from what I’ve ever experienced before and it was very interesting. One of the entertainment coordinators, Shanell, intrigued me to join the paint and sip event and it was great time with interesting people. I was even able to keep my masterpiece in the end. All in all I had a great stay and would definitely go again.

The staff here is nice very helpful.. the food is amazing. My only problem was the rooms need to be upgraded. My dresser was falling apart the couch looked dirty. The cleaners don’t do the best job cleaning the rooms they had to come back and do a deep clean after I had checked in.. why wasn’t the room cleaned prior to my arrival. There was even a hole in the ceiling and water was leaking. The bugs were biting me all over it was a bit much. And don’t pay for xhale. We stayed there for 5 days saw our butler for three of the five days. The butler was amazing but it’s def not worth the price. Just get a regular room. I personally think the hotel is better for couples

The room was beautiful, The entertainment team definitely knows how to create a fun environment, and the food was good. I just wish there was a place that stayed open throughout the day if you were hungry and wanted to grab a quick bite.
