Very good location with walking distance to the train station. Excellent food and very hospitable staff. Clean and cosy rooms. Spa facilities and swimming pool recently renovated. Absolute value for money.

Best vacation, we returned after 4 years now with our son and I have to say that they only improved, I was really impressed with everything, but the biggest impression made Cristiano with his massages, he really took care of my back. He really is the best. Cheers

The video advertisement for this hotel is misleading showing that the average clientele is much younger than the actual clientele of an average age of at least 70/80. We are in our 50s and felt very uncomfortable here with the many seniors who had mobility issues. The reception staff were rude, unhelpful and not the least bit friendly. The food at breakfast was unappealing as items were not fresh especially the baked goods and fruit. Dinner was fine and the service was good. Note that a swim cap is compulsory for the pools unlike their video advertisement shows.

We spent 1 night and two days at this hotel spa. The food was high quality. The buffet rich with delicacies. The waiters and the matre’d were excellent. I liked the pools and especially the internal pool which really was nice and warm and very thermal . The room was nice, beautiful bathroom, and the air conditioner working 100%( which is not a given in Italian hotels). The room was clean when I arrived except for the tablecloth on the balcony that had hairs on it.Will attach the photo. Breakfast was another matter..The waiters were overworked because they all seemed mad especially the young lady who cooked scrabbled eggs for me..She was aggravated that I asked for them in the first place. She undercooked them, and literally threw the dish at me and went back into the kitchen ..Thankfully an older waiter was nice enough to finish cooking them for me.She should not work there anymore. The coffee was good. There was no bacon even thoughI had asked for it. Bartender.A young guy who seemed annoyed and stuck up .Receptionists just ok..But I will go back for the food and the pools including a really intriguing ‘grotta’(Turkish bath).Getting back to the staff, most seemed overworked, tired and annoyed.

We stayed 1 night at teme neroniane with our 7mo old baby. We had a very relaxing time and really enjoys bring in the pool of thermal water with our baby. Great Spa as well and will definitely need to go back to try some spa treatment. Nice lunch option available at the hotel without buffet for starters and desserts. All the staff has been friendly and very helpful with our baby's needs.

This summer we went again to this marvelous hotel in Montegrotto Terme. As the previous years everything was just perfect. from the thermal pools to the welness and spa zone to the restaurant. The food served is really excellent. This place is just perfect for a relaxing stay.

The hotel has an advantage being in a park full of flowers, there is ancient water fountain and even little church on the grouds. The system of pools is well connected, with different temperatures. There is Grotto, Sauna, quarz inhalation areas, total tranquility rooms. We were in June, the hotel was not overcrowded.Massage was the best we ever had.Excellent food. I would not recommend full board - too much with lunch, but breakfast and evening meal are exceptional, variety and freshness are there for any diet(or not) to choose. Wine degustation reception was very good. The room was large , with the view of the Hills from the balcony. The average age of the guests is quite mature, but if your purpose is to relax, heal, enjoy the peace, this is the place to be.We spent 3 nights adn we want to return.

My wife & I stayed for 8 days in November. The room was huge, clean, quiet and even had a semi-private courtyard with a view of mountains. The hotel is a short walk to the town and the train. Padua is about a 15 minute train ride and Venice 45 minutes. We went for the geothermal baths & they didn't disappoint. The hot water flows to the area from the foothills of the Alps and the town has been known for this since before the Romans. There were sufficient jacuzzi jets & waterfalls for everyone with no waiting. The walk from our room to the pool was short. It being November the geothermal outdoor pool was still open when it got dark. The pool was illuminated with blue light. Standing under a warm waterfall in the cool night air was magical. We chose this particular hotel because they cater to dietary needs and I am allergic to olive oil. The chef cooked special for me and the waiters were fantastic. At the time we were the only English speakers in the hotel & after the first day we received the menu in English. Lunch & five course dinner were fantastic. I discovered that calamari can be incredibly tender. All the dishes were great. Breakfast was fine, more than adequate. It was a Covid informed place - All staff (except at the pools) wore masks. If you don't mind being in a town that closes early in the evening this is extremely highly recommended if you want great food and geothermal baths. This is what I consider a luxurious hotel but the price is relatively inexpensive. Wayne L. Klein, PhD
