Very good value, good breakfast, there is a pool but overall it’s a no frills stay. Would recommend.

Breakfast is really poor with most cold items from fridge, the omelette looked like 3 days old and so hard. Had to eat it cold. No hot items except toast and the toaster can take 2 slices at a time and other people have to queue up to toast as it takes ages to warm up.
There were hair on cake and inside a cup.
There is one attendant at breakfast and at reception in late hours, anything you ask for, she will say NO. Lacks basic customer service skills.
There is no public transport from the nearest station which is an hour by walk with climbing steep roads and there are no taxis at all in this area so good luck if you have no personal vehicle.
Enjoy the cold hairy breakfast, walk miles to get there and then face the lady with a big NO to everything you ever ask for.. what else do want to enjoy a good holiday break? I am sure they will help you 😉

Location is beautiful and the place could be wonderful but run very poorly. We stayed in what they described as a suite and was supposedly one of the best rooms. The only good thing was the shower. Air conditioning they said did not work and temperatures were in the high 20's when we were there so very uncomfortable nights and the toilet also needed attention. Pillows on the bed were lumpy and uncomfortable. We had a kettle in the room but not cups, asked the next morning and yes they would see to it, no cups that evening. We we asked the next day we were told how busy she had been and had not had time so we actually were given some to take up. On the 4th night no cups again, taken away. Tea bags as you used them were never replaced. Pool was dirty so we didn't use that. Breakfast very poor, cakes left uncovered on the table and left there overnight ready for next day. Cereal in a container but no bowls to use. Yoghurts were there when we arrived but as the days went on not replaced so no yoghurts on day 4. Fruit juice is squash. Overall very disappointing, was looking forward to staying there. One thing in their favour the garden was kept really nice.

Ci siamo fermati per caso per il pranzo. Bella location per cerimonie, con la piscina e la vista sulle colline e da lontano il mare. Tempi di attesa brevi e buon servizio. Si mangia bene. Un po' scomodo se piove. Prezzi un po' più alti della media.

Location bella, il parco con la vista sul mare in lontananza e le cicale attivissime! La struttura ha un grande potenziale, con una ristrutturazione nel rispetto stilistico del tempo, ne guadagnerebbe ma probabilmente sarebbe più cara. Infatti il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono. Ristorante buono con portate molto abbondanti. Ottimo sito per rilassarsi lontano dalle spiagge affollate.

Soggiorno di un paio di notti in famiglia. La tenuta esternamente è piacevole.. Un bel parco ed una piscina non grandissima ma molto carina. Camera e bagno assolutamente anonimi. Tutto era decisamente trasandato e non curato. Pulizia a dir poco carente.. Il primo giorno abbiamo chiesto di pulire nuovamente il bagno, il secondo la camera non era stata assolutamente sistemata né il bagno pulito. In compenso lo staff è stato assolutamente cordiale e disponibile. Colazione nella media ma buona. Un vero peccato perché la struttura con le dovute accortezze sarebbe molto piacevole oltre che comoda vista la vicinanza all autostrada ed a Senigallia.

Ci siamo trovati bene, il personale è gentile e disponibile, la camera era spaziosa e abbastanza pulita, unica pecca la rete del letto che cigolava ad ogni minimo movimento. C 'è una piccola piscina ed un bel parco dove potersi rilassare. La colazione veniva servita in una sala della villa, magari qualcosa in più nel buffet sarebbe stata gradita, comunque era buona.
