Location is ok

The hotel's location is decent, not too far from the beach, and there's ample parking. However, the room was very damp and felt much smaller than the advertised 33 sqm, probably closer to 20 sqm at most. While it had a microwave and a coffee machine, the complimentary coffee powder was terrible; it tasted like firewood and was undrinkable. The cleanliness was subpar, with a lot of hair on the floor. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, like lying on a giant spring, and it felt cramped for two people.

The environment is good, with a swimming pool and gardens, but the service is very poor and even more unfriendly to Chinese people. We booked the room three weeks in advance and paid the room fee. When we checked in, we found that they had assigned the noisiest and worst room (No. 116) to us in advance. When we asked to change rooms, we were told that they could not change rooms when they were fully booked. In fact, it showed online that they still had no room. There are rooms of the same type hanging... It is not recommended to choose

Next to the small harbor, you can walk to Fisherman's Wharf. There are two pools for hot springs, which look nice. The heater is on the wall and makes a lot of noise. The bath water is very small, and it takes half a day to wash your hair. Everything else is ok, the front desk is friendly, and there is hot apple soup to drink when you check in on a rainy night.
