A nice hotel but didn't have many facilities and the restaurant was closed both days I stayed making it more challenging around meal times. Spacious comfy rooms which could do with being updated. Lots of space for parking on site which was helpful.

Excellent hotel. Big bedroom, but bathroom could get some remodeling and improvement. Breakfast was great. Common areas are very comfortable. Good parking lot. Easy location with a great restaurant next door. Hotel staff was so gentle! A little dark at night. Difficult to identify the building.

We booked this hotel as one of the last available in the area. It is convenient to get to, with parking. Siena is a quick drive, and Montalcino is an easy drive. The rooms are nice, and there is a decent shower. Breakfast is good. There is not a 24 hour front desk. As it was autumn, we opened our window and there was considerable road noise, but when the windows were shut, we did not hear any of the traffic. While the windows were open a bat flew in, so we left the window open all night so the bat might leave (he did). Unfortunately this also allowed some biting insects. It is our responsibility that we did not inform the hotel of our problem, so don't leave your windows open at night. While we had some issues (of our own doing), we would consider returning to this hotel.

Perfect location for visiting Siena and its surroundings (Cretan hills). The staff are friendly and professional. The room was a little noisy. It is furnished with care. The breakfast is very varied but for those like me who are allergic to lactose, there is little choice.

In passing, my partner and I stopped at this delightful hotel. Attention to detail, suitable for couples. Extremely nice staff! They also gave us a welcome drink. Clean and stylishly decorated rooms. Hearty and delicious breakfast. Excellent location, just 10 minutes from Siena. We will definitely be back in the warm season! Thanks for everything

Soggiornato per una sola notte, abbiamo prenotato una superior ma a mio avviso ci è stata assegnata una standard ma nonostante avessimo le finestre lungo le strade molto trafficate, non sentivamo nessun rumore. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la luce e phon, ma nel giro di 10 minuti sono venuti a ripristinare l'impianto. Non avevamo un letto matrimoniale ma due singoli accoppiati, materassi morbidi e scomodi, idem i cuscini. Colazione a buffet varia, peccato che la parte dolce fossero tutte cose preconfezionate, avrei preferito dei dolci fatti in casa magari una crostata con la confettuta che avete messo in vendita, piuttosto che vedere una costata della grande distribuzione. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Ho soggiornato con il mio compagno ad inizio Gennaio . Avevo richiesto una sorpresa romantica in camera e sono stata pienamente soddisfatta! Camere davvero accoglienti pulizia ottima e atmosfera incredibile. abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni di puro relax . Grazie mille ai ragazzi della reception che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa . Hanno una bellissima Hall dove rilassarsi e prendere da bere. Comodissimo il parcheggio interno gratuito . Ritorneremo sicuramente in estate!
