I stayed here for two days and I really liked it. The elevators worked as they should. The rooms are clean and spacious, just like the whole hotel. The beds are very comfortable (I'm curious where they bought the mattresses because I forgot to look or ask hahaha, having polydiscopathy I rarely find a bed in which I can sit one hundred percent well). In the bathroom, everything is perfect in terms of water pressure and drainage. The only inconvenience was the fact that in the area of ​​the sink, a drop of water flows on the floor once every 1-2 minutes, and if you don't know this and enter the bathroom with socks on, for example, you can get wet and it's annoying, but of course that it didn't bother me so much as to leave a bad review because I felt very well here and I will definitely consider staying here again when I return to Italy. At breakfast there was a bit of a rush and agglomeration, which I didn't really like. Maybe this has to do with the group I was with, but I thought I'd mention it anyway, maybe the staff will find a better solution in terms of organisation in the future (the food was all right). The view from the room is not wow. Another thing that I didn't like so much is the fact that you can hear quite loud noises from the street at night, and for those who sleep without earplugs, it can be annoying. Overall, it was a pleasant experience ✌️✌️

Shabby modern hotel. Benefits, free wi-fi, clean towels, bedding, shower cubicle, comfortable beds and they understand English. Everything else poor. There is a supermarket next door where you can buy food and drinks. Breakfast basic continent food with less choice than other hotels in Italy. Evenings meals, not good, but this could have been caused by a limited budget set by our tour operator. First evening meal was a bowl of pasta with very little sauce and flavour, followed by a greasy chicken thigh/leg piece and lettuce dripping in oil (not a good olive oil). I forget the dessert as I wish I could forget the rest of the meal. Air conditioning freezing, which we could not adjust. As the bedroom window was warped we got a constant breeze which enabled us to switch off the air conditioning. Window on the inside was cracked from top to bottom and with the main road just beyond noisy at night.We would have requested another room but this was our second room which was worse previously and where the door did not lock. Overall convenient for a 35 minute train ride into Rome, but hotel could have been anywhere in the world. There was also an excessive room scent. Not sure where 4 stars came in, as no bar or facilities available, although two lifts.

The door doesn't close; things like windows and door handles are broken. The shower doesn't have a door or anything to keep the water out. There were also almost no blankets, and the duvets on the bed weren't warm, so it was quite cold at night.

Terrible. Booked a quadruple and they palmed us off with a room that barely fits 2 beds. There isn't even a locker and thank goodness because it's already impossible to move. Reported to reception and no solution. Very uncomfortable location. Highly discouraged.

I don't see a 4 star hotel... I came to stay in this hotel with my partner who is not from Rome, as we had a baptism nearby. What they offer you in the price is not present!
