Awesome place, great hospitality! The food is amazing too! The rooms are quite charming. The place has a beautiful view of Monterotondo, a small city close to Rome, in the top of a hill. Like a litle Farm, all the ingredients used for the staff for cooking are from the area.

There were just two good things - excellent view and friendly stuff. I never do bad feedback, but this time i feel to warn other travelers. *********** pictures are so far away from true. Very messy territory, not clean room (just overall cleaned, a lot of spider stuff and dust all around, even in shower). Room with good interior, but old, long time ago need to refresh. Air condition was not working normally because it has no air cooling function, so we had 29 degrees in room at night, no sleeping at all. Owner just said us to close curtains, but it did not worked at all. Pool was dirty, as the pool territory and all other territory was dirty and messy. Do not order dinner, not tasty (just bruschettas was ok), not worth of almost 100€. Breakfast was also very poor (last morning me as a person who does not eat sweet stuff in breakfast, I had only cappuccino, very sad). They really do not understand how to make peoples staying pleasant. Awful. We stayed 4 nights and they were worsts in Italy and I guess worst in all travel expierence. Really do not suggest come here.

We had a fantastic time at Tenuta Lisetta. We were there for one night between two days of work at Aviomar facilities. The magic starts as after 5 minutes of driving, you leave an industrial zone and discover this place on top of a hill, with a fantastic view over a green valley with some villages and small mountains in the background. The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable, big shower, nice decoration. It is possible to eat at the place and I recommend it ! Home cooking with antipasti, primi and secundi piatti, choice of a variety of wine… because the top is just Fabrizio’s dedication to us during the whole stay. We let him choose the food, the wine, everything was perfect. He drove us with his own car to and from the workplace, and even had to do one more travel because I forgot to give back my keys… all this with permanent smile and humor. Thank you Fabrizio for this wonderful moments.

Amazing. Naturaleza desde vegetales, pasando por animales, preciosas, vistas y sobre todo Fabricio. Su dueño que nos preparó la cena con otros huéspedes y pudimos disfrutar de una noche con vino del Lazio, pasta sonrisas y sobre todo unas vistas apasionantes maravilloso. Si quieres pasar una noche rodeado de naturaleza.

Ho avuto la fortuna di soggiornare in questa meravigliosa tenuta, immersa nelle dolci colline romane. Le camere, la casa padronale, la piscina, il giardino e i terreni ad ulivi che scalano dolcemente fanno di questa tenuta una “cornice bucolica”. Il servizio di ristorazione è semplice ma non banale, a tratti anche raffinato (la cantina è impressionante).. La cordialità, la sincerità, l’umiltà e lo spirito imprenditoriale di Fabrizio, fanno di questa location un fiore all’occhiello dell’ ospitalità laziale.

Ho prenotato un tavolo per 14 persone per festeggiare il mio compleanno, arriviamo alla struttura e senza essere avvisati, nonostante avevo dato un recapito telefono in caso di imprevisti, siamo stati sorpresi da un cartello al cancello chiuso con scritto APERITIVI ANNULLATI. La poca professionalità della gestione ci ha scioccati. Mi sono ritrovata il giorno del mio compleanno a non sapere dove festeggiare, nonostante appunto avessi esplicitato la circostanza e lasciato come da loro richiesto un recapito telefonico… quindi amici attenti quando prenotate che potreste trovare chiuso!

Veramente pessimo il cibo e l'organizzazione...darei 5 stelle al panorama ma veramente sotto ogni mia aspettativa....non si lavora così 72 euro in 4 per un misero tagliere , una bottiglia di vino e una d'acqua! Personale scontroso...mai un sorriso ( solo la ragazza che ha preso le ordinazioni) e la chicca....i bicchieri e i calici di plastica! Mah....

Ambiente carino e curato. Il problema si riscontra durante l’aperitivo perché il personale tende ad ignorare i clienti, dopo venti minuti che ci hanno fatto accomodare sono venuti a prendere le ordinazioni e dopo ben quaranta minuti siamo riusciti a mangiare un semplice tagliere estremamente scarno! I camerieri sono disorganizzati e disorientati e per giunta il conto è molto alto rispetto al servizio offerto. Non tornerò mai più.

Nonostante sia ben sponsorizzata tramite influencer (forse pagati?), location top (con piscina e bla bla bla) e aperitivo instagrammabile, il servizio é stato completamente pessimo. L’aperitivo costoso e scarno, attesa 1ORA DI OROLOGIO poi per ordinare (anche solo per bere), i camerieri evasivi e scortesi é fare un complimento. Una volta ordinato ci sono venuti incontro con dei piatti gentilmente offerti ma che comunque abbiamo atteso per parecchio tempo. L’aperitivo poverissimo: sembrava ci fosse un sacco di roba e invece erano 2/3 cose contate. L’albero degli Spritz costava €45 ma dire che era acqua è un complimento, Attese, attese, attese per qualsiasi cosa. Il locale si presta ma quando i camerieri anziché recuperare rispondono in maniera cafona del tipo “non so che dirti io”, il servizio si commenta da solo. Al momento di pagare la responsabile sparita magicamente. Guardate a malincuore vi do una stella ma ne meritavate -1
