This was an emergency booking, and unfortunately my overall experience, mainly due to the receptionist/front desk personnel made it a complete nightmare. She made it a point to be rude and unprofessional. Horrible customer service.

No es para nada como muestra en las imágenes, la zona está súper peligrosa, no puedes salir a la calle sin miedo a que te asalten, el comedor está sucio, la verdad no lo recomiendo para nada

La cama incómoda vieja y rechinaba, el cuarto no contaba con closet y solo era una cajonera no tenia lugar para colgar ropa, habitación muy vieja, pequeña, no son las de la foto que anuncian y no tenia Ventanas hacia al exterior, no hay much privacidad entre habitaciones, el hotel esta muy céntrico pero en la noche hay demasiada gente en calidad de calle acostados afuera del hotel esta parte comprendo que es algo que no se puede controlar pero da mala imagen, No volveria a hospedarme ya que no fue una estancia placentera

Les hace falta muchas cosas por ejemplo las habitaciones están muy austeras no tienen nada más que la cama ni dónde poner algo no tienen ni una mesa nada muy raquíticas y sin estacionamiento y para el precio purses caro
