We spent the afternoon and night here. Check in was fast and courteous. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Housekeeping did a good job. Management should buy new towels, wash cloths, etc. As thrill are becoming grey with age. Due to Covid, restaurant was closed. Room service menu had a big variety. Service was fast and polite. Food was very good.

We arrived late at night and did not realize what part of Monterrey we were staying in. Instantly we were impressed with the hotel. The staff was accommodating and extremely friendly. Even past midnight on a Wednesday, someone that spoke English was working the desk which made check-on a breeze. When we woke up in the morning and opened the drapes, it was floor to ceiling windows facing south and an amazing view of the mountain range. Not only that, we were in the most cosmopolitan area of the city. There are tons of restaurants, bars, a massive mall, all within walking distance. We ate breakfast every morning at 1856, the on-premises restaurant. It was amazing. Yes, a buffet but one that was top notch and enough choices to make anyone happy. The pasole on Saturday was perfect. The various salsas were great and the pastries were very local and tasty. I believe that 1856 becomes a steak restaurant at night but we were busy exploring the city. The staff was great, rooms were always cleaned. For Americans that don't speak Spanish - there was one English channel on the TV, I think Fox News or CNN and then one sub-titled channel that showed movies and FX shows. Uber was extremely quick when we called. The location was great. Maybe 30 minutes to the mountains to hike, horseback or boating, or a five minute walk to any type of retail you want. I would stay here every time we visit Monterrey as the experience was completely awesome.

Check in was fast. I had to accept a two bed room, to have an early check in and start all my working schedule. Rooms are modern and comfortable, with a very nice view, cause all rooms start from the 18th floor. Sleeping quality is great, very silent. Meals in room service and restaurant are so good. Service in the restaurant is not too fast, specially if you arrive before 7 am. Check out was really fast and easy.

The Quinta Real is perfectly located in a safe, upscale, and clean part of town. It's location is surrounded by top-notch restaurants, a mall across the street, and fine hotel dining!! Respectful hospitality begins at the front door (Fernando), to the front desk (Judith, Vivinnia, Jesus), extends through everyone working in room service, reliable/safe taxi service (arrange taxi service with Fernando), and everyone on staff acknowledges you with a smile and ”buenos dias”. Hotel amenities were luxurious, accommodating, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud! I particularly enjoyed the gym and pool, and my daily bucket of ”consumable” ice to go with my free bottled waters. Don't worry if you forget to pack a toiletry - they have them on the bathroom counter! I recommend a room with a jacuzzi - how nice it was at the end of my day to relax in the jacuzzi! I was treated like a queen and cannot wait to return! Thanks to everyone at Quinto Real Monterrey for a memorable vacation!

Located 5 minutes away from downtown Monterrey and right by a medical center, this hotel has a lot to offer. I was here for an eye exam and it was such a convenience staying right next to the center. Instead of going out for something to eat, I was able to Uber Eats the food to the hotel. Front desk is very accommodating and friendly. Room is clean. I would definitely stay again!

The hotel staff is great . Very polite and helpful. Right from the time I got into the hotel cab from the airport to the time I was dropped back , had a smooth experience with the staff. Jessica ( reservations) , Augstin ( cab driver ) , Eduardo ( front desk - in the night shift ) , Jose ( shuttle driver ) were really hospitable and offered to help whenever needed. Location of the hotel is great with restaurants and malls close by .. it’s a lively place .. rooms were decent and liked the rooftop with the pool on it .

I was rushing to attend a wedding at the Hotel SAFI Metropolitan that is next, and despite the neighborhood, it was very difficult to find the salon, as it was necessary to pass a shopping center, to raise an elevator to floor 4, to get out to a parking station, and then walk to another lift that climbs up to floor 7. The phone didn't work to call the reception, which I had to report by phone several times, and after two hours they were to change the cellular batteries to the phone to work. The bathroom had several water leaks, and as the door of the bathroom was not closed well, the bathroom and the closet area were flooded.

Although the property is in a good location and includes limited parking, the room was dirty; with a peculiar smell the a/c didn’t work properly and the mattress is severely outdated: The springs chimed at the minor movement, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, as in the bath curtain I found hair and dust. The hotel is lacks manteinance. If it were earlier and less tired, i’d had move to other hotel.

I hesitated to write this review because it is such an amazing stay, I kind of want to be selfish and keep it a secret. Fiesta Americana Pabellon M is perfectly located, walking distance to many great restaurants and tourist attractions. It is an easy walk to Paseo Santa Lucia, Macroplaza, and the Metro terminal for transportation. The area seems very safe and is well lit. The hotel is modern, clean and luxurious. It is worth every penny. It has an incredible bar and restaurant with an amazing view of the city. You really can't beat it. The true reason I am writing this review is to congratulate the staff on providing your guests with an outstanding hospitality experience. There are two people that were extremely helpful and made our stay particularly enjoyable: Pamela from front desk and Mr. Alfredo, concierge services. I truly could not believe how great they treated us. They were courteous, respectful and very helpful. They went above and beyond in making sure that our stay was perfect and that everything went without a hitch. I even attempted to find the general manager to commend them. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to, but I hope that this review reaches management. People like Ms Pamela and Mr Alfredo are hard to find in hospitality now a days. Cherish them. They are the ones that will keep the guests coming back. They were wonderful! And quite honestly, everyone was! Thank you so much for a perfect stay. We will definitely be returning and recommending to many travelers.

Save your money and book a different hotel. This place was loud in the weekends. There’s a mall adjacent to the entrance that has restaurants on the patio that all had live bands playing until the late hours of the night. The hotel service was lacking. I asked for towels 3 times and never received any. My wife noticed dust, dirt and nail clippings on the floor in our room. The food for the breakfast buffet was not impressive. They don’t offer COVID tests, but they’ll call an outside company to come to your room. The front desk said it would be $60 per person and the nurses that admitted the tests said it was $80 per. I asked for a shuttle to the airport (they charged me 380 pesos = $18) and thought they’d send us in one of the shuttles they have parked outside the hotel. No, they just called an Uber to take us; I could’ve done that and saved myself $10.

This hotel really misses the mark. They're trying hard for a minimalist vibe, and I dig that. However, they cheaped out on the finishes and the (relatively new) hotel has not aged well. The floors, furnishings, and fixtures are worn: scuff marks on the floors and furniture, loose and cheap fixtures in the bathroom, toilets that flush intermittently, bad wifi throughout the hotel, A/C that turns you into a popsicle and doesn't adjust... I only had breakfast at the restaurant but it was mediocre. It's not at all what I expected from a hotel like this. It was your basic eggs, beans, fruit plate you'd get at somewhere like VIPs or Martin's, except not nearly as good. This hotel might be cool if you're here on vacation with your girlfriend, but who the hell comes to Monterrey for vacation with their girlfriend? I get the feeling that whoever was the money behind this hotel had a wife who had a friend that claimed to be a ”designer,” and that's who got the gig to design this place. But she was in over her head and completely failed. If you're going for the mega-mamon, I'm-From-San Pedro-And-My-Family-Is-Important vibe, you can't do it with Ikea furniture. In short, it just doesn't work, especially for the price. The only bright spot was the maid service. Even though they missed my room and didn't come by until 5:00 PM, it wasn't their fault and they were very friendly and efficient. No chance I'm staying here again.

The Gamma Monterrey Ancira is a wonderful hotel. The staff is amazing and always ready to assist and best of all everyone seemed to speak English, even the bellman. The rooms are nicely appointed with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The showers are strong and the water hot. I stayed on the 2nd floor and I could not believe how quiet the rooms are despite being in the middle of the historic district. The breakfast offers everything anyone could possibly want, it is delicious and best of all it is fairly priced. If you want an amazing luxury hotel with a wonderful location, free parking and well trained and helpful staff look now further. I look forward to staying at the Gamma Monterrey Ancira on my next trip to Monterrey.

The hotel is located just two streets from Cintermex and Fundora Park. I think it is one of the best options if you need to go to these places, not only for the neighborhood, but also for what is the new hotel, because it is located in a square that is still in construction. The hotel is very comfortable and the staff are very friendly, they are following appropriate health measures and the cleaning of all facilities is very good. I recommend it and would be my first option in the next trip to Monterrey.

I chose this hotel while processing my visa in Monterrey and found it very convenient due to its proximity to the mall, the embassy and downtown (and hospital if you had an emergency). Traffic could be bad going back to the hotel ONLY if your driver doesn't know the right way, which is to go straight instead of turning right at that junction (ave san jeronimo i think). 1 out of 5 ubers we rode turned right...and it was a loong wait indeed. Our room was clean and quiet, the beds soft, the internet fast and we had a safe and ref inside the room. The breakfast had good variety - and the omelette was superb. Patricia in the front desk was very helpful, and even provided help when I forgot something after I've already checked out. The area was very safe, and we walked freely even during the night. I didn't get a chance to go to the gym nor the pool. Overall a relaxing stay.

We were there for a woman’s conference and from the moment we arrived we felt so welcome. They were very helpful and attentive. We loved the room, so modern and right in front of cintermex we just had to cross the pedestrian bridge, the location is the best, so close to different options to eat but we loved the hotel restaurant so much that we eat there 90% of the time. The breakfast buffet was so good, the whole menu is so delicious. We were served by Carmen who always went beyond the extra mile to make sure we were enjoying our food. The hotel is so beautiful and modern inside but by far my favorite was the restaurant’s decor It’s the perfect hotel for a couples get away I can’t wait to go back with my husband for a quick get away. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience.

The Gamma Monterrey Ancira is a wonderful hotel. The staff is amazing and always ready to assist and best of all everyone seemed to speak English, even the bellman. The rooms are nicely appointed with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The showers are strong and the water hot. I stayed on the 2nd floor and I could not believe how quiet the rooms are despite being in the middle of the historic district. The breakfast offers everything anyone could possibly want, it is delicious and best of all it is fairly priced. If you want an amazing luxury hotel with a wonderful location, free parking and well trained and helpful staff look now further. I look forward to staying at the Gamma Monterrey Ancira on my next trip to Monterrey.

It was a great discovery. Normally most of them are hosted in the holiday inn fusion or in Antarctica, but you have to know this new hotel. It is new, modern, with very cool and young decoration. The staff very friendly and amen. Ideal for when you go to concerts or Fundora. Under the hotel is the restaurant Anacua that is of sea and is another option to discover. The views are beautiful from the room and are very comfortable, practical and very nice. We will certainly return. The hotel is located on the side of the Monterrey Arena which is Madero street, but there is a pedestrian bridge. There is a street that is not very safe at simple sight but is completely illuminated at night, and there is also another new building that is almost changing the most modern area. One comment: Try to put more photos of the hotel on the internet because when looking for them, the patterns and photos of other Hilton hotels in the US have made us doubt for a moment to book online. The hotel is beautiful and I still think you need to know it more.

We were there for a woman’s conference and from the moment we arrived we felt so welcome. They were very helpful and attentive. We loved the room, so modern and right in front of cintermex we just had to cross the pedestrian bridge, the location is the best, so close to different options to eat but we loved the hotel restaurant so much that we eat there 90% of the time. The breakfast buffet was so good, the whole menu is so delicious. We were served by Carmen who always went beyond the extra mile to make sure we were enjoying our food. The hotel is so beautiful and modern inside but by far my favorite was the restaurant’s decor It’s the perfect hotel for a couples get away I can’t wait to go back with my husband for a quick get away. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience.

We often come to this hotel because it is close to the area where we move normally. The value-price relationship seems to us to be fine, but unfortunately the experience with the receptionist named AZENETH has been of bad and cruel attitude. The room was scheduled for one night and every day we could not get into the room we had to go down to ask you to activate it and again with his bad attitude and bad face. And today he touched us his most recent cruelty and that's why I finally decided to put this post. Not all rooms have netflix and when the lady that is in the morning has always been very careful and kind and has accessed many requests we have made to you, even searching for a room available with netflix, But AZENETH is today the second time we have to ask for it and in both of them has not even been taken the trouble to search, and his answer is that he doesn't know what they have and he cannot give us it; accompanied by his bad face, of course, as if we were to him. The hotel is a very good hotel, but it is a good hotel. During this last check in, he told us that 100 pesos were left out of a breakfast from the last visit, which we remember very well that it was paid. And at the time he delivers us the voucher of this stay we see that he only charges us one night immediately we realized and told him it was for 2 nights and so far we received his bad face and asked us if we want him to cover us the second one. In the night, my husband and I have to meet again with what? In the end ... not only bad attitude but professional zero. I had the opportunity to visit this hotel in September and everything was just outstanding from emails before arriving to checking out. Let's start with the room everything was comfortable from the linens in the bed to the amenities in the shower thanks to the housekeeping lady she did an amazing job! The front desk team was also very helpful in providing extra keys when our ones stopped working and accommodated my friend to check in before I did because he had reached the hotel earlier than I had and also because they spoke English because he was visiting from LA! The F&B team's special thanks to Gerardo, the entire kitchen team, and the front-of-house team as well. The food was good for the breakfast buffet although it was sort of the same and I stayed for 4 nights I didn't get bored of it. Thanks to the lady who made my eggs every morning at the hot station. Everybody was super nice and accommodating. Thank you as well to the chef who was assisting on behalf of the executive chef for the dinner provided for us. My only recommendation would be that management focus a little bit on the pool area because we did use it but no service was there I think after some days we checked out I saw on their social media page that they had service opened it with the bar available at it. The hotel is pretty new and even though it had a low occupancy it never failed to impress on service. Highly recommend!
