Friendly reception, good beds, good shower. Extensive breakfast. The lichtstraten in the room could be better; only bedlights. Parking is a little challenge. Good for a couple of nights. Public transport nearby. We got a double room for a bargain. Good service from the hotel.

Ci siamo fermati perchè di passaggio, al nostro arrivo l'accoglienza è stata decisamente gradevole, abbiamo ricevuto grande disponibilità, cortesia, cordialità. La camera molto grande, in realtà erano 2 stanze con angolo cottura, bagno ampio e piacevole balcone dal quale si intravedeva uno scorcio di mare. Buona la pulizia, letti tutto sommato accettabili, ad eccezione dei cuscini troppo sottili. Colazione varia, nonostante siamo arrivati abbastanza tardi abbiamo avuto ugualmente modo di trattenerci con grande disponibilità del personale. Unica pecca l'insonorizzazione delle stanze assente, abbiamo avuto dei ”vicini di stanza” alquanto rumorosi fino alle 3 di notte, sembrava stessero in camera con noi per quanto si sentivano! Per il resto tutto ok, ci tornerei sicuramente.

We would like to say big thanks for the whole team! Our booking has a long story since Covid time, finally we got it from 20th to 27th June. The reception team is really friendly, the restaurant people are super helpful and fast. The breakfast is quick, lots of pastries, cakes, pies, muffins, croissants, jams like everywhere in Italy . I would suggest to add some vegetables, greens for healthy breakfast lovers. Marko at the beach is a great man, super friendly and caring))). Sea is perfect for small kids, sunbeds are new and top quality. The area is quiet and full of local people. Along the beach you will find numerous cafes, restaurants, ice cream shops, pizzerias. Location is just perfect!

Sono stata in questo hotel a gennaio con il mio ragazzo in occasione del nostro decimo anniversario; siamo partiti con tutte le buone intenzioni, avendo letto e visto alcune recensioni e qualche foto delle varie camere a disposizione nella struttura. Da un hotel a 4 stelle mi aspetto ordine, pulizia ed una struttura ben tenuta; bene, la pulizia c’era, non posso lamentarmi, ma a livello strutturale la nostra camera era un qualcosa di imbarazzante (allego foto). Carta da parati e pezzi di muro completamente STACCATI.. un armadio il cui pomello dell’anta si staccava appena lo provavi ad aprire, moquette anni 80 e anche macchiata.. imbarazzante davvero. Una camera pagata 90€ (per una notte) in questa situazione fa abbastanza arrabbiare, considerando che i soldi non cadono dal cielo e per fare certe esperienze si lavora duramente! La colazione buona (ma non ottima) essendoci poca scelta rispetto ad altre strutture presenti nel territorio. Mi dispiace dirlo ma sicuramente non torneremo, preferirei optare per altre soluzioni nelle prossime occasioni che verranno.

We stayed a week here. Accessibility wise, it is only a short walk to the beach and restaurants BUT it is down and then up a very steep hill. Unless you like fish, most of the nearby restaurants will not suit you. Would recommend having a car due to these facts. There is a courtesy mini bus service to a beach which was at a cost of €25 euros per day inc umbrella, chairs etc. We ate dinner in the restaurant twice. The food was very good but is a limited menu. Portion size on the small size. We ate breakfast most mornings which at €5 is good value for money . Varied buffet breakfast with lovely local bread and cakes, fruit yoghurt etc, cold meat and cheeses and scrambled eggs. We booked 6 months in advance and were disappointed with the room allocated to us. We had booked a superior room and queried on the first night if that was what we were in. We were assured we were……but….. on further conversation the next day with very helpful check in desk staff, it became clear we were in one half of a family room. There was not much difference in amenity except the superior room was approx 8-10 m2 bigger…..so a huge difference. We were subsequently moved on night 3 of 7 so this aspect was disappointing and the photos on the website of various rooms are very misleading. We felt slightly cheated over this. There is also an issue with noise from other rooms which is audible for sure but did not cause us any significant issue. In terms of the rooms and public areas, the gardens and pool areas are very pleasant to spend time in. The restaurants for breakfast and dinner are ok too. The rooms and corridors are tired and do need refreshing in our view, especially the bathrooms which are showing signs of age with black mould in a lot of the grouting. Lastly, the staff throughout the hotel were outstanding in every respect. The service was exceptional…… friendly, informative, professional and efficient. 10/10. Had this not been the case we would have reviewed it at 3/5.
