The hotel staff are really sweet and welcoming. The location is perfect. The hotel needs some upgrading with regards to furnishings and shower cubicle and the WiFi login system is very much outdated. All in all though it was a pleasant stay and the breakfast was good.

What's not to like...a beautiful property right on the beach and with so many restaurants and shops within a 5 min walk...what more could you ask for.

Very good stay at montsilvano. the breakfast room had very good view. the room which is with see view was confortable. the sea view was minimal from a corner. The breakfast is with a complete service. like if you want a bread, they need to give it to you. I donot like such complicated stuffs but the staff are remarkably nice and gentle

For seven wonderful days, I systematically forgot my phone and watch in my room. The former wouldn't have served me 24/7 like at home, the latter wouldn't have known what to do with it since I didn't need to run anywhere. I even forgot where I parked. Now, it's not like they serve fried lotus at the Promenade, it's just that you regain your time. And you enjoy it, all of it. It takes less than 200 steps to get under the umbrella. The beach is spotless, the sea the same, but the real strength of the Promenade is the staff. Simply exceptional, always available, always polite, always efficient, it was the added value of the holiday. It is a perfect hotel for a family holiday, with a special focus on children, from the menu to the miniclub. Indeed, special mention to the miniclub, managed by Moloco, also here, 5 stars - indeed, "2000 hands raised to the sky ...". Another important detail, the kitchen, at the Promenade you eat really well, both the variety and the quality of the offer are very good, but we also appreciated the freshness and silence of the rooms, and we obviously recommend the spectacular sea view rooms. So, what are you still reading, go and enjoy it, I'm sure that when you leave the hotel you will feel a bit of melancholy too ... A hotel to absolutely try again next summer.

Buondí) io sono una mamma. Ho sempre lavorato nel settore turistico , ho fatto l'alberghiero. Per me è un grandissimo fallimento! La pulizia delle stanze è fatta male. Formiche.... Il primo gg siamo rimasti senza gli asciigamani. Non è ne ache la stagione estiva. . Le ragazze alla reseption non sorridono... Sí assolutamente non è un four season però... La colazione super, i camerieri molto gentili. Per il resto decisemente mai più!

Dicono sia un hotel a 5 stelle…nella realtà manco di una…abbastanza pulito. Materassi quasi sfondati.Ma la cosa pessima e’il ristorante.cibo immangiabile..e personale poco attento al cliente! Sconsigliato anche se la posizione è ottima

Si hace años le puse una reseña positiva, ahora es negativa. Ha cambiado bastante. La estructura se ha quedado vieja; necesita sin duda una reforma completa de las habitaciones. Cortinas rotas, baño viejo y con varios desperfectos y varias cosas rotas. La ducha va completamente reformada. El techo del baño estabcon humedad. Le añado un importante detalle: ahora cobran 10 eur por noche por el parking del hotel; antes era gratis. El desayuno tambien ha empeorado.
