The view is amazing and the calm you can feel around the place is palpable. But there are some problems with the service I can’t avoid talking about. First and foremost, the restaurant service is underwhelming. There’s are not enough tables for every person, and the service itself is lacking. We were denied service because a large group was about to arrive (side note: they arrived a whole hour later) and there was not “enough food” for everyone, even though we were all guests.

Beautiful rooms, beautiful views. Extremely comfortable rooms. Absolutely lovely! Room very large and coffee in room was tasty. Breakfast was good and lots of variety. There was a lot of birds and other animals on the grounds which made for fun viewing.

It was a beautiful place to be and the rooms were nice and cozy and it was a lovely place to walk around and chill the flowers are gorgeous. The tow is pretty and it looks fun to be in. I would come back to this place I would even live here but it was amazing

Very large rooms, comfy beds & great coffee. Breakfast was delicious. The bathroom is large and beautiful. The view is stunning. Lots of flora and wildlife. Beautiful landscape and the deck was incredible! Very comfortable deck chairs. Don't miss this!

The rooms were so spacious and beautiful. Great espresso machine. The entire property was clean. Great fruit for breakfast and nice touch having a happy hour. Try to get a room in the 500’s - best view for sunset. Highly recommend. Our entire tour group loved it.

Beautiful, spaceous rooms, great service, great cocktails. The view was amazing. Wood floors and ceilings, king size bed, spaceous bathroom, sitting area with amazing view inside and outside from your room. You will love this hotel....

The views from the hotel are amazing! We had a room with a screened in front area. The room was very spacious but there was no desk. The bathtub was huge but we were unable to get enough hot water. The breakfast buffet was ok...nothing special. But the views!

This is my favorite hotel in Costa Rica! I love the wooden paneling and the bathrooms and beds are clean and comfortable. The grounds are lovely. We slept the best here. Gracias! You have a wonderful view of the sunrise and sunset. The view of Monteverde is spectacular.

A lovely hotel, great service and very comfortable rooms. The WiFi signal strength was excellent and the bandwidth provided by the WiFi was also excellent. We stayed for 2 nights as we travelled across Costa Rica and found this hotel to be one of the best.
