It certainly deserves such a high rating. Free shuttle, friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and bedding. The bathroom was bright, and the room was well soundproofed. Apart from the shower water pressure being a bit low, everything else was absolutely lovely. If I come back next time, I’ll definitely stay here again. :)

Second stay for transit with family. There is full group business options here, so I will share those photos! Great staff and great lobby amenities! Shuttle a life-saver.

Had to park 5 minutes notes from hotel at 1 am ! There should be adequate parking for guests! Only one towel in room .Traffic was loud from highway all night!

Loved the simplicity of this hotel. Perfect for an overnight stay and so easy to catch the shuttle to the airport.  The front check in person was professional. I got there 30 minutes before check in and they just checked me in. My room was super clean, and the temperature was perfect.  The bed was so comfortable and the bedding felt luxurious.  I loved how the desk was on wheels and could be moved so I could eat my dinner and watch TV!  And, breakfast was self/serve and easy. Coffee was good!  All in all, a very good experience,

Located about a 15-minute drive from the airport, it's ideal for travelers catching an early morning flight the next day. The room was generally nice and spacious. However, the breakfast was rather ordinary, and the tableware was made of polystyrene and plastic; it would have been better if it had been more environmentally friendly.

The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable, and plenty of towels and bath towels were provided, which is rare these days. The booking process was smooth, and this is an excellent choice if you want to stay near the airport or just a 10 to 15-minute drive from East Austin.
