Capsule Hotel

A CATASTROPHIC EXPERIENCE. Overall, we had a terrible stay. The double capsule was fine (wall outlets, light, ventilation), but the bed was far too thin to be comfortable. The common areas are almost always filthy (overflowing bins, showers with stray hairs, and poor drainage). Furthermore, there were only 5 showers and 4 toilets for nearly 69 capsules (including doubles, so we imagine a capacity of around 80 people). There isn't even any refrigerated food storage, only a microwave. However, there's plenty of space for vending machines selling food, drinks, and expensive (and expensive) toiletries… During our stay, we caught a man (twice) in the act of ****************************** in full view of everyone. Despite being reported the first time, nothing was done; it took three employees stumbling upon him by chance for him to be removed from the premises. It's unacceptable that nothing was done the first time (the information wasn't even shared with colleagues initially). The capsule system might be appealing, but the current management is terrible. Avoid at all costs.
