Reviews of Montreal Marriott Chateau Champlain

During my trip to Montreal, I happened to coincide with an art festival, and twin rooms were scarce. The hotel proactively offered us a direct upgrade to the Presidential Suite. They even mentioned that Beyoncé's parents had stayed in this very suite during one of her concerts. The room was incredibly spacious, located on the 34th floor, with 4.5 semi-circular windows offering views of distant mountains. Perhaps because presidential suites don't see frequent occupancy, there was some dust on the bathroom faucets. However, considering the single-night rate of this suite on Ctrip and the hotel's attentive care, I'm not going to quibble about it 😘

Had a great experience, perfect for a family trip. The hotel was very clean with excellent facilities, and the location was good too. The service was comprehensive. We might choose to stay here again next time! Thumbs up!

If you're lucky enough to get a room with a view of Canada Park, they're excellent. The hotel is very good, the only downside is how cold it is at breakfast; they have the air conditioning turned up too high.

Great hotel, clean and well furnished. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. There is a Nespresso machine in the room and a kettle for tea drinkers. Breakfast buffet was amazing, and they offer a la carte option as well. Gym and sauna are available to guests. The hotel is located minutes away from Rue Ste-Catherine, the old town and Gare Centrale. Overall, great experience.

The most ideal place to stay when in Montreal. Very good breakfast, clean and beautiful hotel. Near train station and shopping district.

They never cleaned my room during the stay of 5 days because of the strike. Employees are banging and making loud noises all day I couldn't rest. The room was so cold and the thermostat is preset and I was freezing all the nights I stayed.

Good place with a city view but the city side is under construction
