Quality Inn Centre-Ville

The room was advertised as 26 square meters, but it felt more like 20 square meters in reality. It was the smallest room I stayed in during my trip to Canada. For both nights of my stay, the shampoo and shower gel bottles were empty. I arrived late on the first night and didn't want to bother asking staff for refills (when I checked in, the staff said they wouldn't clean the room since I was only staying for two nights, so I had planned to ask for refills later). However, on the second night, the staff did clean the room, but they still didn't refill the shampoo and shower gel, which were empty again. I ended up using soap for both nights. The bathroom also had water stains. There was no coffee machine or water in the room; I had to go to the common area's water dispenser for water. The coffee was awful, and the breakfast was as basic as it gets. I've stayed at many Quality Inns, and this one was the worst. The only positives were the friendly staff and the comfortable bed. Everything else was a zero.

Great location! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was super clean and had everything you need. I would book it again.
