Reviews of Residence Inn Montreal Airport

I had major travel disruption and could not get to Montreal for the check-in date. I asked to cancel the booking, and they refused to cancel it. I paid for a non-refundable price, so they have the right to not accept a modification request. Yet I would have hoped for some flexibility.

The room was nice, very spacious, and even had a table and a stove, so we could cook. I had paid the room fee to Trip.com, but when I checked in, the hotel said they hadn't received payment from Trip.com and asked me to pay again. Although Trip.com said they would cover all expenses and that the hotel would issue a full refund, it's really annoying to encounter such unexpected issues when you're traveling. What if the hotel doesn't refund it? Then I'd have to deal with Trip.com back and forth, which is a huge hassle! This is the first time I've encountered something like this, and it's truly frustrating.

Conveniently located near the highway, just outside the city, so no traffic jams. It's close to the airport, so there are frequent take-offs and landings. The room was clean, hygienic, not damp, and odor-free. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and dishes, providing a cozy, home-like feel. Breakfast was also plentiful, and the service was excellent. The only downside was the 20 RMB parking fee per night. Overall, it was comfortable, clean, and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location to spend the weekend in Montreal - comfortable room, friendly staff and can easily access downtown.

Excellent service. Front desk works were beyond pleasant ! Rooms were cleaned often but floors needed more care including the removal of a very outdated rug. Overall we would stay here again

The room is large, the service is very good, the breakfast is rich, and the transportation is convenient. It is close to the airport, a 10-minute drive away. There is a free shuttle service to and from the airport. Just make an appointment with the front desk in advance.
