The welcome is perfect. The service, both for the rooms and for breakfast, is excellent. The staff is very friendly.

It was good. Only the breakfast we need to wait the next boiled egg - and other foods. But so far nice location and clean.

Location was good as it is close to the bus station. The frontdesk lady was very considerate with our check out time. Everything in the room was excellent...

First time staying here, and it was great!

Rude manager, doesn’t turn in the heat even when it is 13 degrees out. It was blasting AC in the room, no one ever fixed it after several complaints. Were promised a refund before checking out, but they never gave it. Horrible, avoid at all costs.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I will rate zero for cleanliness. There was no fridge or microwave available in the room. Breakfast was horrible - nothing was available when we went there and people were waiting for food and haven't seen any one from the hotel. The elevator was out of order and I saw people getting stuck. Avoid this place at all cost
