I believe that the services provided do not reflect the value for the price paid. The reception staff lacked smiles and did not appear proactive. Kitchen and maintenance staff should not be using the same elevator as guests. The room was not clean, with stains on the floor. Perhaps it is a foreigner's bias, but compared to hotels of the same level in Europe, this one is overpriced and the service is inadequate.

Staff were very helpful. Rooms were really comfortable and well kept. Would definitely stay again - the only negative was hearing footsteps and conversations of some of the other guests, but this was short lived and out of the control of hotel.

The hotel itself was beautiful, oozed character. Hotel staff were courteous and very accommodating. Would not hesitate to highly recommend this hotel for a winter or summer stay.

Hotel room, lounge and restaurant were beautiful and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and were kind enough to let me speak limited French! I would definitely go back and recommend. The hotel is close to everything and easy to get to

Breakfast was good but not free. We were not offered a room upgrade. Bathroom needs an upgrade. Bed was very comfortable. Elevator is extremely slow.

A pleasant hotel in a good location. The lift was a little bit shaky - doors opening beforecit has fully stopped. Restaurant could do much better - service was not great. Reception staff efficient and helpful.
