i arrived early around 11 am and was allowed early check in. This is so important after a long flight. The room is spacious and equipped with everything. Big working desk with good lighting. Wifi is fast speed. Breakfast is nice extra. i stayed on 3rd floor and was able to walk down the stairs. the two lifts are small and very often full of other guests.
one thing may need improvement. The steps in front of the main entrance is not designed for guest with heavy luggage.

The room was upgraded. The room is large and has 2 bedrooms. The facilities are a bit old, but it is still clean. The hotel breakfast is very good, including the famous local bagels and fruits.

But this time, the coffee machine was broken, the toilet was clogged, and for some reason housekeeping came in the afternoon, when we were already returning to the hotel. As a result, either the room was cleaned in our presence, or we refused to be cleaned. Breakfasts were always very basic and crowded. In most cases, they preferred to go to other places for breakfast, even though breakfast was paid for.
In general, there is a feeling that over the years the service and infrastructure are getting worse, and the price is rising. It's a pity.

The room is relatively large, the location is excellent, and it is convenient to travel. In winter, the heating is sufficient and the temperature is dry. Hygiene is relatively clean.
