Hotel Zero 1 Montreal

The front desk staff were rude and had a poor attitude. We simply asked a question about parking, but they seemed unwilling to help or provide any additional information. The hotel itself was also very noisy. There was loud party music playing until 3 AM, and construction noise started as early as 6:30 AM, making it impossible to get proper rest. Additionally, the bathroom ceiling was dripping. We called the front desk and were told someone would come to fix it, but no one ever showed up. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families.

The location is excellent. It’s like walking distance to everywhere in downtown. In my three days trip, we barely take any transport when we’re roaming around in downtown area. And the staffs are super friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back again next time!!

The sink was leaking water, pools of water in the bathroom. Hot water was intermittent. Shower has buildup on the handles.  Location was definitely prime.  Hotel needs attention!

It’s clean, located in downtown area, really convenient!! And I stay on 12/F, the view is good and quiet!

I will be staying here again and again. Great location; central and accessible to everywhere I was going to be throughout my trip

Next to Chinatown and metro station for quick access. Rooms are dirty and there dust in the ceiling just on top of our bed. Cheap, but expect it be old. Good thing, is that it's not that noisy
