Warwick Le Crystal Montreal

Overall good value for money. Only complaint is that the A/C is noise when the fan is on especially at night when sleeping.

What an amazing stay. The hotel is absolutely stunning. We stayed in the crystal suite which is a corner suite with huge windows overlooking the city. The room was so fancy with high end luxury decor and furnishings. The bathroom was huge with a soaking tub and tiled shower. The room was stocked with snacks and a bar with various liquor. I felt like I was back in a Las Vegas hotel. We had a minor issue with a light bulb flickering and someone came to replace it within 10 mins of us calling the front desk. Top notch service. The room was very quiet. We parked in a garage a few blocks down that was reasonably priced so it was a quick walk over.

Everything was amazing. The room was big, the bed was super comfy and there was a bathtub. One disappointment was the spa was closed - that’s one of the reasons I chose this hotel. The staff said it would be closed until the weekend.

The hotel is modern and clean. Love the size of the bed. It is a prime location of downtown.

Impressive hotel However the hot tub was not working and looked like it been out of order for a while They told me it broke last week and would be fixed by next week but based on others reviews I’m not sure that was truthful The restaurant was a hard pass - they are over crowded and could not accommodate me as a hotel guest

not value for money, what we paid front OFFICE people not helpful  and Unnecessarily, they are charging too much. We thought we were cheatean

Excellent hotel with a great location extremely close to the bell centre and several great restaurants. Enjoyed the large loft room and the pool, sauna and gym. We will be back!
