This was a four-day family getaway and we cannot say enough about the FABULOUS Hotel Nelligan! From check-in (with Christopher), concierge assistance (from Annie) and all of the other managers and staff, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops and galleries and the beautiful Notre Dame Cathedral. We felt so welcomed throughout our stay and highly recommend the Hotel Nelligan to anyone visiting Montreal.

Good from far but far from good. Honestly should be a lovely property and just lacked in all ways. For eg: nespresso has room for 4 coffee pods a little chart to tell you there should be 3 to choose from, 2 reg 1 decaf and we have 3 decaf and one reg. Overall the room was nice, but dark, bathroom just wasn't overly clean, Shower control very difficult, sink tap was loose and crooked. Restaurant was open when we arrived but closed for renovation the next day with no note to let us know it would be. I love to tub and bath salts are to be provided daily but I still had to ask for them. Fireplace was difficult, could use instructions, even the front desk couldn't figure it, sent repair person who turned it on w ease. Street noise was quite loud after 2 am. So overall property was ok and could just be so much better with imporved guest communication and attention to detail. Thank you Montreal, you were wonderful.

Our stay was amazing! Staff was friendly and helpful- location was perfect- and room was huge. Loved the bar and restaurant too.

We had a great stay. The rooms were perfect, the location ideal and the staff super helpful. We had a small but potentially serious medical emergency and the staff was incredible, getting medical help and coming to the room to assist. We highly recommend and plan on coming back ourselves.
