Yes, the link they send to pre-register is legit There was a time when it was good but it became quite dated. Communication with the host is non-existent (couldn't even find a TV remote). The need to pre-register and give your card number on a noname website that looks like phishing is not helping.

Great location, clean and quick check-in. On my 3rd trip to Montreal, the rooster crowed three times.

We've stayed at this property twice now. The accomodation is clean, location is convenient and communication with the property (via text) was prompt.

Terrible experience I was surprised to find no reception area at my hotel. I arrived during a nasty rainstorm, and needed to shuttle between 2 locations to be able to speak to reception. (From the emails, there was confusion, as to which location my room is located). Finally, I found my room. As soon as I entered the building, I noticed a water shut off notice on the front door of the building, which appears to have been there all day. I booked the hotel room to prepare for a wedding, and there was no water! Management should have noticed the sign on the front door and should have made other arrangements!

Good place to start, as it is centre of all the attractions and easy to commute to places

We stayed in Parc Lofts in Mile End. Great accommodations clean, comfortable, staff answered all our queations by phone/email and quickly provided us with extra pillow/blanket/towel. The location was a great neighborhood with very walkable coffee shops and restaurants. Also walkable to Mount Royale.

The property was clean and well situated with abundant amenities and dining options in the near vicinity. The keyless entry made check in and check out easy as well.
