Great location: Hotel was next to a metro station & across from a little park surrounded by Victorian homes. Breakfast was excellent. Very nice modern room. Friendly and attentive staff.

Quite possibly the best hotel I've ever been to. From the beautiful lobby to the exceptional service to the modern room to the excellent restaurant breakfast, Hotel I'ITHQ provided a wonderful experience for our stay in Montreal.
We were in town to see an Alanna Sterling - Mermaid Unicorn concert a short drive away. The hotel's parking garage added an excellent convenience. I would highly recommend it and we will definitely stay here again when we return to Montreal.

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the past 25 years or so. We have always had an excellent experience here, but after the recent renovations, the hotel is even better. A nice touch: the high quality Oneka soaps and lotions. The room was clean, well equipped, and quiet, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The gourmet breakfast is outstanding. We parked in the convenient underground heated garage. The close proximity to the subway (metro) and to St. Denis and Sherbrooke streets makes the location very convenient. We highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed the property. Service and staff were A , the location is perfect for both walking the city and public transportation (the Metro is in the same building). The rooms were adorable, we had a beautiful view, very clean and well appointed. The only thing I'd change is I'd go for a one Queen bed room instead of two, we didn't need the second bed and would have enjoyed a bit of extra room to move around - not the hotel's fault at all, I booked that way, just would do different next time. I would recommend L'ITHQ to anyone and we will definitely be back!

It's a good location, staffs are very nice, patient. Room is clean, the restaurant environment is quite, breakfast is good, I like the croissant the best, it's a very good stay. Montreal is a beautiful city, feels like staying in Europe city, but more better than it.

An interesting mix of 85% very nice and 15% not quite right. Staff was very professional, but it was odd that there would have been a $50 charge for a one hour late check-out. And $100 for two hours. The movie pop-corn smell in the lobby was unexpected and not in keeping with the level of inn keeping I was expecting. Too many storage bins and the like stored in hallways. Very nice breakfast buffet. The entry doors to the hotel were confusing at best.

After reading some reviews online, we chose I'ITHQ because of location largely. We were pleasantly surprised that it is located right next to the Metro which made getting to Old Montreal an easy ride of just 3 stops. The staff was efficient and most spoke English and French. The room was modern and the beds very comfy. We really liked the modular furnishings - student designed? The little balcony was a nice perk. The bathroom was very well appointed with a great shower. The little bakery off the lobby was good for very yummy pastry in the morning. The parking garage was convenient, relatively inexpensive ($19CAD/day), and kept our car out of the snow. Most of the restaurants in the area were "fast casual" which was a little disappointing. We'd stay here again if in Montreal.

The room is beautifully designed. Shower has a rainfall shower head. No tub. There was an umbrella in the closet which I used during my stay. Balcony to get some fresh air and look around, or have coffee out there if the weather is warm. Little Nespresso coffee maker. Hot breakfast is very good. Indoor underground parking was very easy to use. Would recommend.
