"Most hotels require check-out before 12 o'clock, here is one o'clock before check-out, an extra hour is not bad. The service is cordial and friendly. I don't know how to get to Quebec City by car, and I don't know which French food is delicious. The little brother at the front desk patiently gave me answers and recommendations."
"The Omni Mont-Royal Hotel is a perfect hotel in Montreal. Excellent montain view and quiet environment. I think I will back to stay this hotel next vacation.
Love this hotel, so write a review. The location is in the central area, but it's backed by mountains and it's quiet. Suitable for non-upstart vacationers, you can climb nearby. The natural scenery of Tianhe Mountain is out of the window. I stayed for five nights and climbed twice. There are many restaurants near the hotel, about 15 minutes walking distance from Chinatown. Hotel service is good, French-speaking Montrealers are generally polite (speakers who speak Chinese loudly on the street will of course be blind-eyed), everything in the hotel is free and the staff is polite, I like this holiday environment . The hotel arranged a nice room for me, thank you very much!"
"What a place!! They upgraded our room upon arrival and everything was clean and beautiful!! This place is awesome!!"

"Good service Valet parking Location invincible scenery Room is a bit small Note Remember to have a bathtub the day before yesterday, otherwise you only have a shower"
"The room is very large, the location is convenient, the bathroom is also very large, there is a bathtub, and the shampoo and shower gel provided are also very good, the hygiene is very clean, and a small dessert is also sent. I like this style of hotel very much. I think it's worth the price."
"An extremely hands off experience but the rooms are nice and the people were friendly, great location a 5 minute walk from most of McGill and close to a metro for when you are first arriving"
"Our stay was perfect! Checkin was seamless. The staff was extremely kind and helpful! The room was clean and exactly as pictured. The electronic features of the room were an added bonus (motion sensor lighting and electronic blinds/curtains, sensor and heated toilet). The location was amazing and so close to everything. The concierge helped us find a fun speakeasy within walking distance and checked in with us afterwards. Best weekend trip in a long time!"
"Before Montreal, I have stayed at FS Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Dubai, San Francisco, Macau, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Sydney, Beijing.. This one was by far the worst four seasons I ever stayed even tho the room was amazing with modern design and highly automated. Let alone the extremely bad experience when I checked in which I could write 2000 words about, they even can’t supply enough hot water.. it’s just warm or u could even say it cold as u got your AC on in your room. And they put under construction post near my room idk if it’s because of the argument while checking in then they coming at me, I wish not. I could’ve reported the whole situation to four seasons official email , Instagram, Facebook, Google review etc but I chose to forgive."
"The location is really good, and even though it rained today (June 29th), the Aurora was visible in front of the hotel. It's very clean and the staff is friendly. I got a room in a strange location where you got off the elevator and went down the stairs, so I had trouble with my luggage, but it wasn't a big problem."
"The room is big enough, with bedroom area, office area, and washing area, but the air conditioner is too old and makes a loud noise when it is turned on.
The breakfast is OK, with a rich selection of staple food and drinks, but no vegetables.
The location is very good. It is very convenient to cross a small road when attending a meeting at the Montreal Convention Center. It is also about a 15-minute walk to the station by bus 747 to the airport. For Montreal, which often snows heavily in winter, the travel pressure is not a little bit reduced."

GGuest UserThe location and staff of the hotel were great, but the facilities were very outdated. It was disappointing that when I looked out of the window, I could only see the wall, and as soon as I opened the door, the bed was right there, which was regrettable.
Due to the fact that there are three hotels with the same name in downtown, it is important to double-check the address and make sure you find the correct one.
GGuest UserHygiene: I found dried liquid stains on the sheets before going to bed, maybe it was residual laundry detergent? I was in a hurry to change it and forgot to take pictures
Facilities: The bathtub may be old, there is a piece of wear and yellow 😮💨 that piece looks like that.
Service: The brother and the lady at the front desk are very friendly
Environment: It is different from the apartment I stayed in last time. It is bigger and has a useless study room. It can accommodate one more person. The refrigerator is also big. I like their kitchen design very much. The dishes and pots are all clean. There are detergents and salt and pepper. It is also close to the surrounding area. The parking lot is a bit low and a bit scary to drive.
VVon von123**Location and Accessibility:**
Hotel Bonaventure Montreal is conveniently located opposite Gare de Centrale. For those with luggage, it's best to exit Gare de Centrale through the Place Bonaventure exit and cross the street to reach the hotel driveway. While going underground is an option, it involves numerous escalators and stairs, and the distance is longer than walking on the ground.
**Metro Access:**
Contrary to what some might assume, Metro Bonaventure is not right underneath the hotel. You need to walk about 300-500 meters underground to reach the metro station, so plan accordingly.
**Room Tips:**
If you want to minimize walking, request a room closer to the reception. The hotel is spread across two floors and covers a wide area. Our room was far from the reception, requiring a long walk after a tiring day.
**Amenities:**
The hotel's pool is popular and often crowded, but the fountain with ducks on the 10th floor adds a charming touch. However, no water is provided in the rooms or at the reception. We had to fill our water bottles at Gare de Centrale.
**WiFi:**
The WiFi connection was excellent and fast, making it easy to stay connected.
Overall, Hotel Bonaventure Montreal offers a pleasant stay with convenient access to transportation and charming amenities, but be prepared for some walking and bring your own water supply.

AAuGinaCustomer service wasn’t the greatest but the room is spacious and modern. The complimentary breakfast was good with limited selection. The location of the hotel is convenient but do have to be more cautious when walking during the night time.
LlynnBreakfast is average, but it is still very convenient and cost-effective. The hotel is a few kilometers from the airport, you can see the plane taking off, the children like it. The hotel has a car park and there is also a free bus airport transfer.
FFszishuijingThe hotel is located on the roadside, the hygiene is OK, there is a public kettle and microwave outside the room, the room is small but warm. The front desk service is average, speaking French English, the attitude is not very good. The room facilities are old, the sound insulation is poor, you can hear the conversation next door, and the vehicles passing by on the road can also be heard clearly. Breakfast is bread and coffee ☕, very simple.
In general, it is average.

GGuest UserMy partner and I took a spontaneous trip and were looking essentially for somewhere to crash as we came and went. For the price, Travelodge does the job. I read complaints that the rooms were “too small” but for a couple, we found that we did not need more space than we got. It was not spacious by any means, but we weren’t cramped either. The location is great, Chinatown is right down the road (with great food and places to check out) and there is good nightlife within a 5-10 minute walk. For our demographic, this was a great place to stay. One thing that my partner minded (but I didn’t) was that the breakfast available was only cold, and mostly prepackaged. There were no scrambled eggs, protein, etc. and while it held me over for a few hours, my partner is more picky than I am. We ended up not utilizing our second (included) breakfast and went elsewhere. If you’re looking for a good budget hotel, this will likely not disappoint.
DDave AugerWe stayed at Hotel Zero 1 for the Just For Laughs Festival originally for 4 nights which turned into 5 when our flight was canceled. The hotel is located perfectly whether you are going shopping along St Catherine's, doing the JFL Festival or hitting the Old Port water front. All is in close walking distance.
The hotel is very clean and seems to be recently renovated. We stayed in a loft room #1113.
Everything is good however the shower could be a bit larger (felt like we were in Europe) with more water pressure. Contrary to other reviews there is no issue with hot water.
The only negative I would say is the bed, it is supposed to be a queen (although the room is large and can accommodate a king bed) but it is smaller than a traditional 'north American' queen size bed. Feels more like a double which is more in line with a euro queen. The bed was not very comfortable but after the 4th night sleep we were finally getting used to it.
The housekeeping and front desk staff are very nice.
We will consider staying here again upon our next visit to Montreal mainly based on its location to everything .

AAnonymous User🚗 Transportation: The hotel does not provide a shuttle to the airport, you have to take a taxi
🧹 Hygiene: Good
🍃 Environment: Good
🔔Service: We arrived late, and there was only one person at the front desk. It happened that the guests in front had some special circumstances to deal with, so he was a little busy to check-in and waited for a long time. The overall service is good
ZZhangThis is my second time staying at this hotel. My first-time experience was fantastic, great location and very convenient, surrounded by restaurants and stores, nearby metro station, walking distance to hospital. The room ”looks” clean and tidy on the first sight.
All the great things aside, the second stay was the most horrifying night I have ever stayed in a hotel.
BED BUGS!!!!
Unbelievable bed bugs were literally crawling on my bed. In the middle of the night, we had to change our rooms and couldn't sleep with the fear of getting bitten.
Highly recommended if not the bed bugs.
