The location of the hotel is on top of a mountain and it was a long walk with my suitcase to get there, and the most unacceptable thing was that there was no bathtub! This is very different from what the pictures show, and the breakfast was a bit lacking in variety and average in taste; also I didn't know how to turn off the two lights in the room, I had to unplug them, which wasn't very convenient.

Room was too small. Curtain was in conveniently placed which block most of the space. No cupboard for hanging clothes.

The hotel's location is up a hill, requiring a 15-minute walk, but a 4-minute bus ride will take you right to the hotel. Our train arrived after the last bus, so we had to walk instead. 😭 The service was also very attentive, and they were very accommodating, offering things like storing food in the refrigerator and lending us umbrellas. The hotel also had a bar, but we missed it, so we'll try it next time.

Super nice little hotel. Beautiful decor in the reception, restaurant and rooms. Very friendly staff, just forgot to tell us that from 11 p.m. the hotel is closed and how we can get back in, but we called and it was quickly sorted. Very good breakfast. We would go back without a worry 😄

Located on a mountainside, the hotel's bus and train services are sparse, making transportation difficult. The proximity to a road can be a bit noisy at night, but the surroundings are beautiful. The staff was helpful in assisting with applying for a Montreux travel card.

My stay at Hotel Tralala was absolutely fantastic! The bed was incredibly comfortable, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The Wi-Fi was fast and stable, perfect for working or streaming movies. The bathroom was spotless and well-maintained, making every shower enjoyable and invigorating. Plus, the towels were exceptionally soft, providing a luxurious feel worthy of a five-star hotel. Not recommended for those with children! This hotel was renovated from an old house. The rooms, corridors, and elevators are all very small...not soundproofed! The bath water was hot and cold, and the child couldn't take a bath!
