This is an older facility and there was no elevator. Real pain when you've got two piece of big luggage enough for a 9day trip. But i asked for a lake view so it serves me right. The is very helpful and multi-lingual. It's a bit of a jaunt into town, but there easy access to public transportation. We did message in advance for extra pillows which the place acknowleded, but we did not receive. The "queen" was really two twins pushed together. The mattress was too soft for my taste and i did not sleep well. The people staying in the room next to us came back at 12:45am and were very loud. The view though was très magnifique.

Beautiful, cozy boutique hotel with a stunningly gorgeous view. A bit further away from the busier downtown Montreux but close enough to walk. Lovely experience.

Loved the view at this hotel. We only could stay one night, wish it was longer to view the area. Totally walkable and friendly staff.

The staff was friendly. The one major problem that I had with our room was that it faced another property and the bathroom window was facing a pool. When using the restroom or taking a shower you felt completely exposed to the neighbors because of the shades in the bathroom. The air conditioner was on full blast but barely kept the heat at bay. We stayed in the room only to sleep.

Relaxing stay at this lovely property, with a stunning view overlooking the lake. The staff was very nice and my husband and I enjoyed our quiet breakfast on the terrace taking in the views.

We loved our stay on Lake Geneva! The breakfast was incredible and felt very special. It’s located right on the lake and we enjoyed a lovely to Chillon Castle right from the hotel. Would definitely stay again!
