Bedbugs in the room. The reception and the manager suspect us of having brought the bedbugs ourselves (a real shame). The reception's first reaction is to suggest that we change our sheets ourselves... Arriving with a bedbug in front of the receptionist, we are finally offered a room change (a minimum, isn't it?) and to wash our clothes at 60° (except that nothing we have with us is washable at 60°). No word of apology, no goodwill gesture. Reported to the Rhône ARS. The ski resort is a little joy, but choose other hotel chains than Azureva.

An exceptional ski resort! The slopes are well-maintained and suitable for all levels, from beginners to experts. The staff is very welcoming and professional, always ready to offer advice or help. The atmosphere is friendly; you truly feel at home here. The warm welcome and convivial ambiance make every visit even more enjoyable. Plus, the view is breathtaking! I highly recommend this ski resort to anyone looking for a quality stay in the mountains. I can't wait to go back!

Fantastic family time, amazing team (special mention for the food ;)). The entertainment was really fun and the food was delicious, we'll be back next year! You can ski right to your door, super convenient with young children!

Horrible stay, no hygiene, very, very salty rooms, food not respecting the cold chain, cold meats placed at room temperature. For the bread, which was freely available, everyone touched the bread, meals were only frozen. A meal, if you can call it a disgusting meal. The cutlery and cups were not clean.

The management of this hotel club is a real disgrace. To think that we save all year to have a nice vacation, only to end up in such a place... What a failure! Cleanliness is a concept in this establishment: we stayed 11 days and not once did anyone come to clean. The bath towels were not changed (imagine the state at the end). We had to negotiate to ask the staff for toilet paper, who, once they had given us a good telling off, showed us the way to the storage room so we could serve ourselves. Oh yes, a family we became friends with told us that they would go and get a vacuum cleaner themselves and then do their own cleaning. Remember to sort your cutlery in the canteen. A one in three chance that it will be poorly washed, if you manage to get a piece of cutlery, which is no easy feat (no glasses one day, no spoon the next, etc.). Food-wise, we've hit rock bottom. The dishes were disgusting (very poor quality meat, frozen desserts, etc.). My partner and I got food poisoning at the end, probably due to poorly cleaned vegetables. My wife was actually scared for her tooth when she ate the grated carrots from the picnic prepared by Azureva, in which there was a stone. The staff's response: it was the machine that did a bad job of cleaning. If it was the machine, then everything is fine! Also, remember to come when the restaurant opens, otherwise there will be nothing left to eat very quickly! And be careful, on pasta party days, you may have to wait 20 minutes in line for your plate of carbonara! Otherwise, in terms of entertainment, don't expect much apart from karaoke, the pétanque evening and the hike (for a fee). Also, don't come with several families, because you won't be at the same table. One reservation = one table. We ate at the beginning of our stay away from the family we came to share this vacation with, because, you see, "those are the rules." In the end, we were all seated at a table together, but along the line for the hot meal. We were stuck with the people standing there waiting. I'm not going to dwell on the management of this hotel any further in this comment. It would take too long. In three words: Move on! We won't stop there. This level of service can't continue in 2023!

C'est la 2ème année que l'on vient dans cet hôtel. Un peu déçue par rapport à l'année dernière. - Notre chambre , cette année , n'était pas une chambre rénovée, du coup, la literie était très mauvaise. On a très mal dormi. Les toilettes sentaient énormément l'urine. Je ne reproche rien au personnel qui , je pense , est en effectif très réduit. On les voient toujours en activités , ils font ce qu'ils peuvent pour les vacanciers. - La restauration est très correcte , il y en a pour tous les goûts , on ne compare pas un 3 étoiles avec un 5 étoiles. Moi , j'ai très bien mangé et le personnel est très sympathique ( notamment la petite bretonne) - l'année dernière , on avait adoré nos soirées jeux de société en présence du groupe Yep , ils jouaient tous les soirs , et là, on les a vu 2 fois . C'est un groupe super, ils chantent et jouent hyper bien . On les remercie tout de même pour leur professionnalisme en musique. - je ne dirai rien sur l'animation car on ne participe pas du tout . On faisait tout de même le petit jeu chaque matin , c'était amusant de chercher. - la station est top , petite station familiale pas trop grande mais de quoi bien s'amuser. On est très bien situés pour partit skier. C'est la 4ème année que l'on vient en mars , et on a toujours eu de la neige. - un grand merci au personnel ( restauration, ménage) qui est très agréable, gentil , souriant mais semble souffrir du manque de personnel . C'est fort dommage. Bravo à eux pour leur travail. On a passé un très bon séjour mais on réfléchira pour l'année prochaine.

Très belle semaine. hôtel très bien placé dans la station avec une vue magnifique. Parking pour voiture au pied de l'immeuble. Equipe d'accueil au top avec des horaires très pratiques, disponible, avenante, très serviable. Le point négatif : immeuble comportant 12 étages et beaucoup de temps passé à attendre un ascenseur. Restauration tout à fait correcte pour le prix et personnel sympathique. Voyageant avec un bébé, en plus du lit, nous avons bénéficié d'un chauffe biberon et d'une baignoire. Nous avons adoré la disposition du bar/lounge car différents espaces annexes permettent de discuter tranquillement. Soirées très animées grâce notamment à un groupe en live et spectacle café théâtre sans prise de tête et très drôle. Pensez à votre maillot de bain pour l'espace SPA. Merci à Robert le directeur très prévenant et sympathique et à Nathalie, responsable des animations et coach sportive hypervitaminée qui nous a fait découvrir le domaine à pied et à ski nordique.

Nous revenons ravis de cette semaine passée dans cette résidence. 1/ L'emplacement : Super pratique car skis aux pieds. Le local à skis est en rez-de-chaussée, chaque chambre a son casier : il suffit de laisser ses affaires, sortir, chausser ses skis et prendre le télésiège vers le front de neige ! Un vrai bonheur ! De plus, aucun souci pour se garer à proximité de la résidence. 2/ Le personnel : Globalement très sympathique. Le directeur Robert est très présent auprès des clients pour s'assurer que tout se passe bien. L'équipe d'animation est top : Nathalie hyper dynamique met l'ambiance, Pierre propose des jeux apéro et café toujours sympa. Le planning d'animation est bien dosé : avec ce qu'il faut pour occuper les créneaux cruciaux de la journée sans que ce soit omniprésent. 3/ Les chambres : Elles ont été rénovées récemment, elles sont pratiques, propres et disposent d'une belle vue sur la montagne. Par exemple, notre chambre 3 personnes faisait 16 m², cela reste un peu petit pour déployer toutes les valises mais dans une bonne moyenne si l'on compare à ce qui se fait en montagne. 4/ La restauration : Contrairement aux nombreuses critiques lues précédemment, elle est très correcte. Pas exceptionnelle mais pas catastrophique non plus (rappelons qu'il s'agit d'un 3 étoiles, pas d'un 5 étoiles). Certains plats étaient très bons, d'autres moins, mais vous aurez toujours le choix entre une viande et un poisson, et des féculents et légumes. Pour le petit déjeuner, une bonne surprise avec des jus de bonne qualité (pas comme les jus chimiques des all inclusive étrangers), mais un manque d'approvisionnement en fin de service (après 9h). 5/ Bonus : Enfin, mention spéciale au groupe de musique In/Out, un groupe très talentueux présent la semaine dernière. Avec leur musique live, ils ont ambiancé plusieurs soirées et contribué à cette atmosphère chaleureuse et conviviale. Je recommande donc vivement, le rapport prestations-emplacement-prix est excellent, nous risquons fort d'y revenir, ce qui serait une première pour nous, c'est dire notre satisfaction. Continuez comme ça !

J'ai passé une super semaine avec ma copine, tout était super, la restauration et l'établissement sont excellents, je recommande fortement.
