There is a room too close to the roadside and a bit noisy. In fact, there is no need to live in an apartment on the mountain. Cheaper may be more suitable. In addition, the town is not big, unless it is around by car. Otherwise, there is no need to live in the town.

Perfect place and the 3 bedroom apartment was awesome. Had all the amenities that you would need. The one site restaurant was convenient as well. Recommended for a stay.

Visited here on a quiet Wednesday night. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The menu was a bit out dated and overpriced. We went with pub classics, a chicken parmi and chicken schnitzel both with chips and salad on the side. The meals were brought out to us very quickly. The salad would of better off not being on the plate as it was just wet lettuce. Both meals were cooked well and side sauces were nice. They have a sports bar seperate from the main restaurant, which we went to after eating. The drinks were cheap and a surprisingly a good cocktail list. Ended the night with a cheeky slap on the pokies. Didn’t leave successfully but hope the lady who was winning big next to us is enjoying life.

I went to Spicers Tamarind with a friend and stayed in the Luxury Forest Villa. The villa was really lovely. Set on beautiful lush grounds. Spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms including one of the bathrooms that opened up with bi fold doors to a lush garden in a courtyard with a large bath. It felt very luxurious. Not to mention the heated tiled floors. The living room had an open fire place which added to the charm, since the evenings get quite chilly in Maleny. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. In the morning we went to the restaurant for breakfast. We were greeted by a young man who opened the door as entered and again as we left. The breakfast was absolutely lovely. We were given a complimentary platter with banana bread, fruit and yogurt with muesli. We then ordered our hot breakfast. Again the service was excellent and the food was beautiful. I would not hesitate to return.
